Located within easy reach of the M3, Farnborough Premier Inn has everything you'd expect: comfy rooms with great beds and a family-friendly Brewers Fayre restaurant serving great-value pub meals.
Score from 112 reviews Very good
Comfortable room and pleasant staff.
To reach the hotel on foot one must cross via traffic lights a very complex junction. There is no car parking at the hotel and no obvious dropping off point, so not goof for a guest who cannot walk far or who has heavy luggage.
Friendly staff and close to all amenities
Having to pay for parking
staff cheerful and helpful everything was spotless lovely large room quality bed First time with Premier ,Impressed
finding you on my satnav phone
staff really helpful breakfast excellent
Bar staff we're extremely attentive and friendly.
Had a disabled room not a very good shower facilities and bed was 2 pushed together this is never a nice experience
Staff not helpful had a major disagreement over how to pay They lied to Head Office to cover their tracks Offered 1 night free as compensation Should have been resolved by the Hotel
Very kind person, nice breakfast
great place to stay
Great place. Very family friendly. Excellent staff. Would return if back in reading.
Welcoming appearance usually associated with Premier Inns reassuring, and I liked the friendly and positive attitude of the staff, facilities in my room were basic but clean and comfortable,TV worked!..triple glazing cut out noise completely from very busy road outside...lovely and comprehensive breakfast!generally a very pleasant and comfortable weekend stay and good value at £129 for two nights.
Advertised supplied toiletries turned out to be a generic gel dispenser!could do a little better there....first night's sleep interrupted by heavy and loud persistent footsteps and creaking in room above..definitely something heavy and restless in that room....and it went on until nearly 2.00am! I thought these buildings were constructed with solid floors!!a better night's sleep thankfully followed otherwise I would have complained.
Service, quality and friendliness
The stay was comfortable and the kids enjoyed
The staff at dinner were terrible kept myself and my family which include two children. Aged 4 an 1 waiting for over an hour for food. And no apology was given at all.
Comfort of bed and cleanliness
Car park facilities not good.....stayed in another hotel night before and so much cheaper with breakfast included and a little bit better hotel ...overall hotel very good
the staff at this hotel are amazing
can be difficult to park and is expensive
The staff were great on the whole. someone even phoned me the day before arrival to advise that they have got gluten free bread for my son. Then my daughter got ill during breakfast and they helped to wrap up her food so that I could take it to our room. I would definitely go back there again.
It took a little too long to replenish the eggs, beans etc at breakfast and we waited around but the staff were very helpful so it's hard to be annoyed.
This was near the Thames, so we were also near a shopping mall with restaurants. For us, it was just two short blocks to our Reading University student's housing, so it was very convenient. The rooms were not spacious, but certainly adequate for our purposes. Basic and without frills.
There wasn't enough on-site parking, and what I saw on line indicated that there wasn't any parking at all. There was some, but it seems you have to arrange for it ahead of time or you may be parking at a nearby shopping center parking structure. Not being familiar with the area, I thought street parking wouldn't be a problem, but there is little street parking.
The breakfas was excellent but too expensive
Bathroom steam was too much we felt faint each time we had a shower.Needs fan extrator
Location for business meetings.
I was given a room meant for a disabled person, no hassle but I was on the 4th floor, what would happen if there was an emergency and a disabled person was on the 4th floor?. Parking, at the facility none existent across a busy main road available but not so good when its raining.
Poor customer parking
Restaurant staff at dinner were very good. Food was excellent.
The staff were really friendly and made a great effort with the children. Nice decor in the bar etc great breakfast which was free for the kids. Quick to check in and comfy beds.
clean and comfortable rooms. good wifi connection. good central location.
some basic things not in room such as hair dryer and iron-ironing board. you have to go to the lobby and get them from there. you have to pay cash for dinner, they do not charge to the room.
The curtain rail in my room fell down, the toaster was broken at breakfast, the meal deal offered only alcohol and fizzy drinks, the water tasted horrible, there is no room service, no iron, no hair dryer and a man stood shouting in the carpark at 3 am until they sent a girl out to shut him up. Sorry not massively impressed.
The beds were really comfortable.
