Staff very welcoming and helpful at Reception, and In Dining Room. Room basic, but clean, and bathroom very functional. My room overlooked a major roundabout and a ramp to take main road traffic over the roundabout. The road surface was somewhat corrugated, making for high road traffic noise entering the room. The bed was unusally firm for Premier Inn.

It was clean with very helpful staff and near to where we needed to be for visiting family. The breakfast was excellent, next time we will have the evening meal. It was very near to the shopping centre. Can't say there was anything we didn't like, only to say that it was more than a ten-minute walk from the station. Were expecting twin-bedded rooms, not rooms with a double bed and a settee made up as a single bed and didn't like rooms not having drawer space only shelf space.

Spacious family , room . Good breakfast. We were in a family room with my young son. Unfortunately opposite were 2 rooms with rowdy and drunken men . These kept us awake until after 5 in the morning , very poor nights sleep.

It had the basics and was very clean I thought that breakfast could have been included, at least continental for that price or you could have had a couple of bisquits in the room. I also think that the staff at the reception should a least know a few things for the town and rail station basic stuff such as how often are there trains for london...etc . generally premier Inn is a good choice for business trips

Good location but it's closeness to the road is a major setback after a long hectic day outing which hinders early sleep. No lunch service in the hotel but the breakfast is good. You can look up to it. Traffic disturbance, taxi drop is through the exit door.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice room, handy location We had an issue with 2 separate rooms where the air con unit was very loud at random times during the night. To the credit of the hotel, we were refunded our costs as per their 'good night' guarantee.

Premier inn had friendly staff who were good listeners & understanding. Had a perfect location as it is within the shopping centre, good reservation system as we felt comfortable with the way we paid at reception instead of online payment. Should have internet access in the room regardless of prices of differences.

Located right on a very busy major roundabout, it's actually hard to see as you're concentrating on the road itself. The building is a little obscured by a flyover, so it's not at all obvious where the hotel actually is.

Good breakfast buffet and reliable for the evening meal. Car park constantly full. Parking across the road is inconvenient especially when checking in with bags.

My room was clean and tidy although the staff did seem to struggle to have the room ready for check in time. The desk staff were courtious and helpful. We eat out in the evening with freinds so can't comment on evening meal but the breakfast was very good we were able to get into the car park and a fair price was charged I would recommend this hotel The hotel was value for money

“I liked that it was in a good location, close to the town centre and on a main road that meant it was easy to find. The price was reasonable and when we arrived the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The main gentleman on reception was very kind and spoke to my daughter and me with respect and gave my daughter a gift bag which pleased her very much. The rooms were spacious and clean, the beds comfortable and we were even allowed to check in early without a problem.” Claire, Walsall |
