The cleanliness of the hotel and the up to date furnishings and fittings and the car parking on site . We had the breakfast on departure day and I felt I was paying for food that I could not eat as the full English cooked breakfast was enough for me and my wife. Perhaps a choice of you pay for what you eat as opposed to the across the board of eat as much as you like . |

The staff were all very welcoming and helpful.Excellent customer service. Hotel brilliant, road works however made it nearly imposible to get to. |

The situation (although our room was a bit noisy) and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast on Sunday morning was not a very relaxed experience. There were two people trying to deal with lots of rather irate guests because things had run out (some altogether even at 9.30 am when breakfast runs until 11 am). None of the hot items were all ready at the same time. Extremely understaffed which is a management issue but the staff there were doing an excellent job in difficult circumstances. |

work there was a "sock" under th bed on arrival, which must have been left from the previous visitor which makes me question those cleaning the room. |

near city center,close to oracle food outlets,friendly staff and new room furnitures. city side rooms noisy and facing to motorway,house keeping do not cleaning room if you leave room later than noon time. |

The soft luxury of the bed, comforter, and pillows provided a heavenly sleeping experience. I wished I had been able to stay another day just to keep sleeping in it! The room was, for the most part, sparkling clean and had a relaxing feeling of escape from all the problems of traveling. Yes, there is a highway right there, which can't be helped; but that actually didn't bother me, because either sitting in the restaurant (great food!) or being in my room was so pleasant. I also must comment on the genuine friendliness of the staff. Whether greeting me as I arrived exhausted, issuing me a phone card to be able to call home to the States, or calling a taxi for me in the morning for the Heathrow RailAir Bus, they were all wonderfully helpful. |

All the staff we encountered from the minute we arrived were extremely polite and friendly. We were disappointed there were no biscuits to have with our complimentary tea and coffee in the bedroom. |

convenient fot shopping centre Bar staff made no attempt to evict a drunk who was swearing loudly on his mobile while we tried to have a quiet drink in the bar-this spoilt a nice evening and we descided to retire to our room |

Thought hotel was very tight on tea and coffee (1 teabag and 2 coffee sachets) I know you can get more from reception - but surely it should be in the room in the first place!! paying for breakfast on top of the room price - only one price available £7.95 - would have been better if a there was also a continenal price available - don't always want full English! |

Die zentrale Lage nah des ORACLEs und die moderene ,konventionelle und funktionelle Ausstattung der Zimmer. Die Sauberkeit ist ebenfalls als positives Argument zu erwähnen. Das Personal war manchmal etwas genervt und über das englische Frühstück muss man eigentlich keine Worte verlieren, aber man bemüht sich. Wenn die Entwicklung im bereich des Frühstücks fortgesetzt wird, könnte ich das Hotel ruhigen Gewissens weiter empfehlen. Parkplatz nicht immer verfügbar. |
