I love this premier inn. Its in a quiet location and away from traffic noise. Its located next to a lovely warm inviting pub and restaurant The Old Bell. They serve excellent food And having a premier breakfast there is a real treat. Fantastic location for me, near family and friends and great access for the M4 and Heathrow just 48 minutes away.
The staff where very helpful. My husband needed a wheelchair, and the staff could not be helpful enough!
Only slightly the bathroom!
Staff were very helpful and friendly, room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Inclusive breakfast was excellent.
Thought price was expensive. No hairdryer, as it was being replaced.
Staff at this property go we'll above and beyond the already high standard of the Premier Inn brand. Teresa was a gem.
Room was tired and needing renovation. Grouting in shower had mold. Wifi was mostly inoperable (staff was aware and very apologetic).
The only thing I can complain about would be the smell outside the hotel. This was not very nice at all.
Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable and clean. Good choice of breakfast
The staff were very friendly and helpful. One woman even supplied me with tempid water to wash away the frost on my car windows.
The food in the adjoining restaurant is overpriced and poor quality
It's a premier Inn, although the Manager seems particularly attentive.
Nothing. It does what is says on the tin, although you feel the welcome is that bit more than other Premiers.
The very comfortable bed Excellent and most helpful staff Good breakfast in pleasant surroundings
No hand rail on wall over bath. For elderly people climbing into the bath for a shower requires a hand rail!
ALL aspects of our stay were great - once we had actually FOUND the place!
The hotel is well off the beaten track and was extremely difficult to find, a fact exacerbated by the fact that our GPS system failed to recognise your post code.
The staff very helpful, the pub next door was excellent and very good rooms very quite which was great as we where on a course.
I didnt like the amount I paid through yourselves, the hotel said they have never charged anyone £154 a night ever I hope to raise this with yourselves
The Premier in was very quiet and in a very nice location. The Old Bell pub close by was good for food. Very comfortable rooms. .The staff were very helpful
No public transport nearby.
Loved staying here and good location for us to visit family in Reading. Staff were wonderful. Quiet location and lovely pub next door for breakfast and evening meals. Will definitely recommend this hotel
No lift but staff willing to help with luggage
Very pleasant stay, lovely pub for food
Large Bed Clean room Healpfull staff
Hotel was very convenient being within a very short drive to the M4 motorway, huge comfortable beds, plenty of room in our allocated room for 2 adults and 2 children. We all had a great nights sleep.
Staff fantastic food at pub lovely cleanness brilliant x
The put me up beds were a little uncomfortable
The staff were absolutely fantastic and couldn't do enough for you. Really made our stay enjoyable and would definitely recommend to other people because of it.
staff courtesy comfort and clean
no fridge in room
Problems with your computer connection led to some confusion re booking.
The room was a nice size the staff were friendly and the hotel was clean
The bed was too hard both my wife and myself were up in the night with bad backs and aching hips
The Staff - They were all very polite, always smiling and friendly giving an excellent customer service.
Due to the current high outside air temperatures, the room was quite warm at night and it would have been nice to have air conditioning. The staff however did provide fans and chilled water which did help with achieving a comfortable stay.
It was adequate, but a little dated.
I was not comfortable to find that there was no handle on the wall for the shower. I have now stayed in 3 of your hotels and surprised that none of them have this safety handle. The baths are narrow and can be slippery and I would have thought that this was a Health &Safety issue, particularly for older people. I was most unhappy with the breakfast times, being told that serving was up to 9 am, which I questioned. Other Premier Inns set a time of 10.30 am. However, as I left the hotel there were two billboards on the roadside welcoming all to come in for breakfast, serving up to 10.30 am. I was really annoyed.
Kids enjoyed breakfast
It was an ideal location as was quiet. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Would stay again and would reccommend to friends and family.
Shame there was no air conditioning as was hot.
