very friendly staff and room was very clean beefeater next door had limited menu but was good quality and friendly staff but dont expect to just pay for coffee and toast you have to have a full meal
We stayed 5 days at Premier Inn Reddich and I can absolutely reccomand it! Breakfast is delicious with a lot of choices (continental and traditional english breakfast cooked too) and all employeers are so gentle and helpful. It's perfect for family with children because there are all the facilities needed (hichair, warmer biberon and change room in the restaurant, cradle in room). All the hotel is always very clean and well manteined and the price is competitive. The Hotel is situated near an highway perfect place to start to explore. Just crossing the roundabout and there are a big supermarket (Sainsbury) open till 9pm. Thanks a lot to all the employeers to be so kind and gentle..
It would be nice to have a microwave in the room or in the reception.
Good location very clean
unable to sleep as far too much noise from upstairs. When person walked on floor above sounded as if they were stamping.
The staff were super helpful
Nearness of Beefeater restaurant. Welcome of staff at hotel and restaurant. Good value.
Perhaps the view of the crematorium. Didn't concern us unduly , although room overlooked it.
Quiet and convenient. Couldn't understand why we had a disabled room but appreciated the extra space and being on the ground floor.
Although the staff in the restaurant was very helpful the food was fairly indifferent.
Some noise from children upstairs running. Not a problem unless you wanted a lie in.
The location was perfect and the cleanliness and comfort equals good night sleep!
Great front desk customer service
I thought everything else was of a high standard.
I don't like air con. in all the rooms, think it is a health hazard! so for that reason alone I wont be using premier inns again.
New hotel. Good car parking. We chose to have a room upstairs facing the cemetery at the rear which was obviously quiet. Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Good meals in the adjoining beefeater restaurant and even the cooked breakfasts were cooked to order! We would definitely stay here again.
Our only gripe was the creaky bed in room 219! We could have asked to be moved but we were only stopping for 2 days. The bed was comfortable though.
Friendly staff Very clean building
Room view was a cemetery
Ease of check-in Room freshness Breakfast quality Convenient
Staff very helpful, breakfast awesome
Booked in late so given the last room (next to door and potentially noisy) although we had booked accommodation 4 months earlier
The station wasnt too far away by taxi - I liked the Beefeater next door and safeways was in walking distance. - the air conditioning was good.
Every thing went smoothly and It was fine
Staff are great cannot do enough for you ,spotless and such a comfy bed . Back there again in November Well Done
Lovely big room with very comfy double bed and 2 single beds. Quality beds and pillows made it the best night sleep ever! Bathroom was clean and lovely soap and gels in the dispensers (not the cheap and nasty ones you usually get!). Air con was very welcome as it was a very hot day! Very friendly staff. Breakfast at the adjacent Beefeater was substantial and varied to suit all tastes.
Very clean, functional. Excellent breakfast.
Unable to open a window so you have to put up with the noise from the air conditioning, but at least it worked well!
modern clean new
no free wifi poor mobile coverage
Staff were excellent, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
WiFi only free for first 30 mins??! Who doesn't give free WiFi thsee days?
The room we were allocated was dirty, the bed was unmade. The room had not been cleaned. It was quite a while before we were allocated another room as the receptionist was new and didn't know how to reallocate a room. She was very nice but wasn't experienced enough. In the next room we had, we had to run the water for ages before it became hot. My partner and I had not seen each other for 3 weeks and had decide to treat ourselves to a hotel room for some quality 'us' time without family interruptions. We ended up staying just 2 hours then went home to our clean house with plenty of hot water. It was a complete waste of £46.
It was very clean and had everything we needed. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely stay again.
The only problem I had was that the bed was a bit too firm for me as I suffer with a bad back.
Easyness of access to the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff
The noise during the night, sounded like a heard of elephants in the room above ours. Very disturbing.
Good value for money accommodation if you book in advance.
