Great value for money, pleasant staff and a great range of choices for breakfast No tray to put spoons on in the rooms when you make tea or coffee, meaning you have to put the dirty spoon on the work top.

We booked two rooms, one for us, and one for the teenage children. We all enjoyed both the stay and the breakfast, and wouldn't hesitate to book the brand again for overnight accommodation. We just enjoyed it, so absolutely no dislikes.........

Clean and quiet, friendly and very helpfull staff. Value for money breakfast. Attached eatery, where we met relatives, firstly gave our already booked table for six which we had started a tab, to someone else and we felt the evening food was very poor, semi warm fast food.

The furniture in the room was old and tatty. Empty boxes from builders were left in the drawers and the beds were falling apart. The room was not cleaned on a daily basis only the tea bags were replaced by housekeeping, yet the bin remained full with trash.

Location, leafy & very quiet with views from beer garden that must be spectacular over the surrounding countryside in better weather (heavy snow at the time of my stay). Very friendly & efficient staff particularly Lydia (reception) and Billy (bar). Room was a bit cold & unable to increase temperature. Difficult to watch tv comfortably with only the bed or one small chair to sit on. Restaurant staff did not seem to be familiar with the procedure for the 'Meal Deal' - is this a new promotion?

Welcome and humour at Reception No silly cushions sprinkled on the bed! Plenty of space in the bedroom Decent breakfast Very convenient location for travelling yet seemed quiet and free of traffic noise When arriving in the dark it's not clear that the hotel is actually at the side of the building housing the restaurant. Why can't hotels put some kind of orange or lemon crystals or concentrate sachet to make a cold drink on the tray with the tea and coffee?

Convenient for my visit to friends, breakfast selection and the wonderful comfy bed. As we selected a ground floor disabled room it was very noisy as there was a disco in the bar and people/children kept running up and down the stairs alongside our room but bed was so comfortable fell to sleep anyway.

Its nearness to where we were visiting 1.Had to go both up and down stairs to access our room;no lift. 2.Fire alarm sounded at 8am ish,no staff appeared and when we got down to reception were directed to restaurant even though alarm was still going! 3.when questioned about their lack of action, the reply was that they did not know what the alarm was and when told it was their fire alarm they said it was probably someone smoking in their room.Totally unconcerned. 4.Needs addressing and some retraining. 5.Traffic noise over night

Clean and comfortable rooms, tasty buffet breakfast, excellent service, 30 min free WiFi - really nothing to complain about. Except for the six rooms on the ground floor, you need to walk stairs and narrow corridors in order to get to all other rooms - which might be worth considering if you travel with bulky luggage or are a disabled traveller.

Very friendly staff. Warm welcome. Good meal & great breakfast. Price when booked online was £29 for a family of 4. Breakfast was £8 per adult but children ate for free. All in All a very pleasant experience. Would definately stay at this Premier Inn again.
