Good sized room, ample parking away from road, friendly and efficient receptionist.
Only free WiFi for 30 minutes. That's not acceptable today when majority of hotels, including cheaper ones, provide for 24/7 free. Only one member of staff at breakfast. Very difficult to turn right out of hotel into busy A23. After a lengthy wait, had to turn left and find alternative route to go north.
Room backed onto road near restaurant so noisy people woke daughter at night when I had asked for a quiet room
Lovely big room, super-comfortable bed. Very helpful staff. Wifi £3 for 24 hours, fast and reliable.
Nothing, stayed there whilst visiting a relative in hospital and it was ideal.
the food in the resteraunt was very good also good value for money
Reception staff very friendly & helpful. Good place to stay to see the cars on the Brighton Run go past.
We were sat in a dark depressing booth to eat breakfast, when I asked if we could move into the conservatory we were told there weren't any clean tables & yet the next people were seated there without any noticeable table clearing.
The bed was too hard which lead to a poor night sleep
comfort and conveniance
Location to workplace. Lack of noise from Gatwick. Quality of food.
Room too warm. Not being offered option of evening meal-deal.
Heating could not be turned on so had towel rail only - lucky not cold. Lighting could have been brighter to allow some work to be done. Room appeared to be a little tired. Did not use WiFi on principle had paid £95 for "single use room" - why pay extra?
We found the welcome warm, the room comfortable on the quiet side of the hotel (we requested) with plentiful amounts of tea and towels (on request). Staff exceptional: helpful and of a very high standard.
Nothing about the hotel to dislike. Access off the A23 Redhill to Gatwick road proved almost impossible to exit right into heavy traffic. Driveway needs urgent attention - huge potholes as well as steep speed humps plus angled kerbs where we saw another guest fall over. Suggest you attend to these quickly
Room a bit to warm during the night
comfortable clean rooms, suitable for families, polite & helpful staff
our room was at ground level and we couldn't open the window.
Free parking, good WiFi, spacious room
Rather hard to find, old building and furniture, poorly isolated shower, even though we were the first to arrive at breakfast we were shown the worst table
Front staff was very pleasant and informative. The room was clean and what to expect.
I did not appreciate having to pay for WiFi. It would be more competitive, convenient and a value add service that should be included.
Location and the staff were very helpful.
Although the room was clean and comfortable there was a musty smell that didn't go away. As we were unable to open the windows we couldn't get fresh air in!
Staff young an inexperienced in dealing with customers. Need training. You have to pay for WiFi...
Although premierinns are good, clean in in good places they are now getting overpriced. I paid over £90 for the room. Extra for breakfast,wi fi , dinner and the overall bill came well over the £100 for a budget hotel. Not good value
Helpful and friendly staff helped make our stay very enjoyable.
No negative comments.
I liked everything staff were very polite
there was nothing to dislike
Very comfy beds. Had a very good nights sleep. Good facilities in the rooms, hanging space, hairdryer etc... Good shower.
Staff welcome, beds, room, facilities, helpfulness, location, information
Two pieces of frozen garlic bread from the linked 'restaurant' for £2.50. We had to get some food in a hurry, and it came out quickly, but wasn't good value or decent quality. I would happily pay more, for some decent home made stuff. I am sick of rubbish, frozen food being sold in English pubs. Tourists must think we're a disgrace, and so do I. What a shame, as the hotel was brilliant. Can't knock it. I will make sure that I bring a loaf of bread with me next time for emergencies, and make a sandwhich.
Good price Good location for our purposes
Room very hot Restaurant not very good
Breakfast and lovely young man on reception ( with the chipped front tooth - very sweet )
Nothing- all great and relaxed and good value for money
It was handy for getting around. Good spacious room. Nice shower.
It's right next to a main train line & as there is no air con we had to have our window open & the trains just kept on coming, very noisy. Speed bumps into the car park which is behind the hotel. No access to food or drink in the hotel.
Cost Breakfast for kids included Room comfort
