Comfort of bed
Friendly staff Close to Rhuddlan castle
Noise from other rooms on Saturday night but I guess this was expected.
Staff very welcoming, rooms immaculate, would definitely recommended this hotel
I could not find a fault with accommodation or staff
This Premier Inn was ideally located and easy to get to. Excellent value for money with staff who were extremely helpful and very friendly. Food options next door were also excellent.
everything from the staff to the cleansiness of the room .i will certainly be back again . thank you all so much for a pleasant stay we travelled down from scotland and it was so nice to book in without any bother
there were no complaints from us at all
My granddaughter was with us she is nine and the sofa bed was so uncomfortable that my husband had to sleep on the sofa bed because my granddaughter couldn't because it was too hard
Room was clean and tidy, but very basic.... Staff were helpful and welcoming on arrival.
Breakfast was underwhelming, both days eggs over cooked, on second day I requested my eggs runny- again eggs over cooked and cold.
Booked B&B but had to pay additional £72 for 8 breakfasts. They claimed booking.com did not state this as a required. Also requested a twin room and got the same response. Booking.com need to explain themselves and provide a refund!
Staff were excellent very helpful.
Booking.com mix up with room and special requests nit passed to premier inn. Cost increased due to booking mix up. £89 for a fam room with 20month old.
Staff, prompt, helpful, friendly. Comfortable bed, bedding, pillow choice. Noise insulation. Desk and reading lamp.
Only over bath shower, no grab rails, felt unsafe. Presumed smoke etc detector flashing in eyes every time I turned over in bed. Power socket too far from mirror.
The breakfast and evening meal deal were good value attached restaraunt was very good
Fault with room keys had to be let in by staff member every time we returned to the room
Handy place for seeing relatives and comfortable room.
Buidling work next to it and KFC
Had a two night stay, very nice room, friendly staff, reasonable value,
The terrible attitude of the receptionist.
The adaptation for a disabled companion. Quite well thought out. Breakfast menu.
Inability to turn fan of the air conditioning unit off while maintaining the required temp.
Table table next door supplied an excellent breakfast. Our evening meal was superb & nice atmosphere
Unprepared for visit. Inattentive staff ( receptionist spent most of her shift talking to boyfriend) Blaming booking.com for not informing them that a family room was needed. Effectivelyonly giving us a double room!
Staff where really friendly, helpful. Hotel was clean
Bed was old and made a noise when we moved. Fan in bathroom made such a noise when on. It woke us up when someone when loo during night. Parking very limited due to sharing car park with pub next door. Which is also the hotels "bar and restaurant". So up have to go out side in the rain to reach the "bar" which is open to public as well. Sounds picky but was not stated on site. :-(
I booked it because I was going from north to the south and see popular places not far from sea shore, so yeah I could see something sane day after checking in. I'm happy.
After 6:30 the car park is loaded because it's shared with restaurant build not just for hotel visitors. So if you arrive to check in after 6pm then you have choice to park in temporary car park or maybe wait minutes or more when restaurant visitors finish dinner and back home.
Beds were comfortable & room was always clean
We had no telephone in the room Warm breakfast wasn't always as ordered
easy to find busy pub and restaurant next door good meals.large car park.
you need to take care driving onto the main road from the car park slight bend on your right from a very busy roundabout cars come round the corner very fast
smell of urine in toilet
Central location. Comfortable rooms. Very clean. Restaurant next door that the hotel recommends was very nice, breakfast is also served here.
My elderly mother struggled to enter her pin no as she paid and the receptionist on duty was really short with her. No understanding at all, bad service. Other than this though all other staff we encountered were nice, particually the staff in the restaurant.
Good location for an overnight stop, hotel staff were very friendly & helpful.
Staff in the pub/restaurant could take a leaf out of the hotels book, not at all friendly, were abrupt & borderline rude!
