Table table next door supplied an excellent breakfast. Our evening meal was superb & nice atmosphere
Staff where really friendly, helpful. Hotel was clean
Bed was old and made a noise when we moved. Fan in bathroom made such a noise when on. It woke us up when someone when loo during night. Parking very limited due to sharing car park with pub next door. Which is also the hotels "bar and restaurant". So up have to go out side in the rain to reach the "bar" which is open to public as well. Sounds picky but was not stated on site. :-(
I booked it because I was going from north to the south and see popular places not far from sea shore, so yeah I could see something sane day after checking in. I'm happy.
After 6:30 the car park is loaded because it's shared with restaurant build not just for hotel visitors. So if you arrive to check in after 6pm then you have choice to park in temporary car park or maybe wait minutes or more when restaurant visitors finish dinner and back home.
Beds were comfortable & room was always clean
We had no telephone in the room Warm breakfast wasn't always as ordered
easy to find busy pub and restaurant next door good meals.large car park.
you need to take care driving onto the main road from the car park slight bend on your right from a very busy roundabout cars come round the corner very fast
smell of urine in toilet
Central location. Comfortable rooms. Very clean. Restaurant next door that the hotel recommends was very nice, breakfast is also served here.
My elderly mother struggled to enter her pin no as she paid and the receptionist on duty was really short with her. No understanding at all, bad service. Other than this though all other staff we encountered were nice, particually the staff in the restaurant.
Good location for an overnight stop, hotel staff were very friendly & helpful.
Staff in the pub/restaurant could take a leaf out of the hotels book, not at all friendly, were abrupt & borderline rude!
i had a lot of transport issues while i was there in so much as my car broke down... they sourced a car company for me to rent and couldnt do enough to help... even with the fact of places to go in the evening for a good night out they were so helpful and they even manged to source me a safety pin for my dress .. They were great ... and i wouldnt hesitate to stay there again when im back up in that direction.
it was ALL excellent !!!!
good area not far from rhyl nice place to visit rhuddlan castle which we did nice walk up to the village and to the castle as well
nothing we have friends who live in rhyl and we come down when ever we can
very helpful staff excellent breakfast
Comfy bed and a family room big enough to still walk about in with beds made up.
Friendly, helpful staff. Good noise-isolating windows.
Bathroom light didn't work.
Staff were helpful and friendly and saw my wife had limited ability re walking and arranged a convenient ground floor room. The member of staff helped me with our bags which was appreciated. The bed was comfy.
We would have preferred two easy chairs instead of just one as lying on the bed to watch TV became a bit uncomfortable. Perhaps, had we asked they might have helped with that.
Laura on reception, really nice and friendly. Location was good, Breakfast was Delish
Clean and modern
More pillows please
I think her name was Laura she was most welcoming and helpful great warm welcome and happy to help
We liked the moderness of the room and that it was very clean. We also liked that you got a choice of 2 different pillows.
The only things we can really say we didn't like was the fact u didn't get free wi- fi. Also the cooked breakfast (the sausages) were over done, but the bacon more than made up for it!!
Staff very friendly and helpful
Rooms were good, staff very friendly
The car park was very busy
Service with a smile. Staff were amazing and really helpful. Our check in was smooth. Beds were really comfortable.
It would have been nice if there was a mini fridge in the room, to store things like full fat milk.
Mainly the location which was perfectly situated and easy to find
The noise from the room next door - tv on really loud until approx 2 am and very loud shouting. We also would have liked a fridge and safe.
The choice of pillows and a comfotable bed. The fact that there is a restaurant right next door.
Only two tea bags in the room and no tissues.
Disability room - well equipped in bathroom - not far to walk from reception
Could be a bit noisy because close to reception and car park
