Location in southern peak district Comfortable bed
Room cold no heating in August 2014 Disabled room strong smell of disinfectant No fridge Cold lighting
Staff were more than pleasant and helpful. Location and amenities were brilliant, McDonald's, sainsburys and pub on the doorstep. Small, pretty woodland right outside, perfect for an evening stroll.
The staff were very friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. The room was a good size, well lit and comfortable and a choice of bedding including three different types of pillow, (amazing).
it was raining
The staff were very pleasant and helpful; the rooms clean and comfortable with TV easy to use. Car parking good, breakfast and evening meal good value.
I can't find anything negative to say about this visit; Altogether a very pleasant weekend.

helpful staff good value for money good location for site seeing
Friendly and helpful staff both at the Hotel and at breakfast next door. Good breakfast.
The Bed was nice alternative breakfast (McDonalds)
apathetic staff rubbish breakfast
No sign from road
The peace and quit.
Thank you for the warm welcome. You have excellent staff and they know how to smile. Nothing is too much trouble. The room and the bed we had was superb. The efficiency regarding arrangements for breakfast made it something to look forward to. We are both in our eighties. It is the first time we have stayed in a Premier Inn but we would not hesitate to make it our first choice if at some time we have another break.. Our granddaughter recommended it as she stays in the one in Chichester when visiting us from Derbyshire.
No complaints at all.
The receptionist was a pleasure to deal with. Could not have been more welcoming or helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The duvets were too heavy for the conditions. A lighter duvet for the summer would have been better.
Very helpful staff. Adjoining rooms. Brewers Fayre being next door. Garden nicely maintained.
Can't think of anything.
The comfort at a great price
The whole concept of everything involved near and far.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Room was like sleeping in an attic because of the design of the building. Small room, with small window. Very disappointing. Do not sleep in room 44.
location, plenty of hot water, staff helpful as could be (despite ridiculous policies)
sleepless nights on a 'put-me-up' bed I had that was far too short for my height, despite booking a twin room several months before! Ridiculous policy on receiving a refund having been overcharged for another room that was booked via booking.com
Extremely comfortable and big bed.
Greeted by a very happy receptionist, couldn't of been more helpful. Clean room, perfect for our short stay, especially with the Brewers Fayre next door, will be booking here again without doubt
the only little negative was the fold out bed used by my 10 yr old was very uncomfortable as you could feel the mattress springs
Exceptional receptionist. Very very clean room. Lovely pub food. Couldnt fault and will definitely return.
friendly staff who remember that i stay on a regular basis
no ironing boards or irons in the rooms
Good location for the purpose. Good value for money. Friendly staff. Good facilities.
Poor and seemingly last minute communication between Booking.com and Premier Inn...despite booking a twin room several months before, we were given the wrong room configuration, of a child's 'put-me-up bed' (that my feet hung over the end of), and a double bed. I got very little, if any sleep!! Within the same booking my friend was overcharged and we had to jump through hoops in order to get a refund for the difference...again the fault was apparently with Booking.com's procedures! All-in-all, not the most successful trip we have had!
