Convenient location, friendly staff, good breakfast

You can rely on Premier lodge for its cleanliness, comfortable rooms,and a good quiet nights sleep.

For me I find the catering offered for meals very poor, as it is mainly pre-packed microwave cooking. I look for meals freshly cooked to order with a choice of fresh vegetables.

The friendliness of the staff was outstanding; they were especially helpful in answering queries and volunteered to give practical assistance. TOP MARKS

The Inn was located centrally for our visit. It was clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. The Brewers Fayre was convenient for food and drinks.

The Inn was out of the way but once we got our bearings was OK. We found the lack of prominent signage for this and the Woking Premier Inn was a problem. But then it could have just been that we were from overseas.

Location ideal for visiting Denby Restaurant - good service & food - especially Curry Night

Matteress was a bit too hard for our liking and the evening meal at brewers farye was the same as the brewers fayre restaraunt back home disgusting but the stay in the hotel overal was great

The mattress in one of the single beds ( room 3) was very worn out. We stayed two nights and the only solution offered to us was to put a thick duvet between the mattress and the top sheet. I don't believe this is satisfactory as the main requirement when staying out of your own house is a good night sleep. This was our first time at Premier Inn, in the future we will consider booking with Travelodge instead -as we have never experienced this type of problem in the numerous occasions we have stayed with them.

Receptionist was welcoming, friendly and really helpful. Room very clean and comfortable. Our daughter recommended you, she travels a lot on business.

The rooms were excellent, very clean and spacious and the staff were kind, friendly and very helpful. They managed to get our 3 rooms ready for us before the official check-in time, so we could all change into our wedding clothes.

The bar closed a bit early, when we got back to hotel after the competition I could not have a drink, would have liked one as I was doing all the driving, maybe something in the room on pre-request

Friendly sraff, close enough to walk into Ripley. Very good choices for all you can eat breakfast, and reasonably priced.

Most comfortable bed we have slept in, in an hotel. Everything excellent.
