Cleanliness quiet excellent helpful and very friendly staff
The children's beds were not comfortable for them
Beds very comfortable Very quiet
Nothing at Premier Inn but not impressed with the cleanliness and seating at the breakfast venue. Food on the seats and carpet. This lets the hotel down through no fault of their own
The staff were great.
Lovely friendly and helpful staff, excellent facilities, clean room and excellent breakfast
Only one thing and that was the sloped roof in room - bit low when getting into bed
The reception staff were very good infact the girl on the counter the welcome was way above what you expect first class
only 2 tea bags 2cups of milk on the tea tray
Friendly staff, wonderful sizeable room, quality beds and nice decor. The mattresses are very comfortable. 10 out of 10
Wished toilet and bath were bit more cleaner and smelt nicer, though really enjoyed the hot shower.
We found this an ideal hotel to stay in whilst we were having a touring holiday of the Peaks. The staff were really GREAT! The hotel was clean, fully equipped and comfortable. Also it was next to the Brewer's Fare restaurant for easy eating.
I found the flush mechanism on the lavatories difficult to use as I suffer from arthritis but it was not too difficult to cope with overall.
Location in southern peak district Comfortable bed
Room cold no heating in August 2014 Disabled room strong smell of disinfectant No fridge Cold lighting
Room was big, quiet and the food next door was great. Had a great night with the locals.
Staff were more than pleasant and helpful. Location and amenities were brilliant, McDonald's, sainsburys and pub on the doorstep. Small, pretty woodland right outside, perfect for an evening stroll.
The staff were very friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. The room was a good size, well lit and comfortable and a choice of bedding including three different types of pillow, (amazing).
it was raining
The staff were very pleasant and helpful; the rooms clean and comfortable with TV easy to use. Car parking good, breakfast and evening meal good value.

The peace and quit.
Thank you for the warm welcome. You have excellent staff and they know how to smile. Nothing is too much trouble. The room and the bed we had was superb. The efficiency regarding arrangements for breakfast made it something to look forward to. We are both in our eighties. It is the first time we have stayed in a Premier Inn but we would not hesitate to make it our first choice if at some time we have another break.. Our granddaughter recommended it as she stays in the one in Chichester when visiting us from Derbyshire.
No complaints at all.
The receptionist was a pleasure to deal with. Could not have been more welcoming or helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
The duvets were too heavy for the conditions. A lighter duvet for the summer would have been better.
Very helpful staff. Adjoining rooms. Brewers Fayre being next door. Garden nicely maintained.
Can't think of anything.
The comfort at a great price
