Ripley was my birthplace & childhood home so I'm prejudiced! Unfortunately today it has met the fate of many small towns so you wouldn't go to Ripley for a holiday but to visit famil},friends or other parts of Derbyshire.

Hi there. Its mr foster we stayed at Thomson way Ripley at the weekend. Had a good stay. On returning and unpacking our case we have discovered two hairdriers....so one of them must belong to the host. My wife's family live here and so the location is ideal.
My wife's family live here and so the location is ideal. We found a really value for money gastropub at nearby Denby village that serves food all day. Food was good quality, properly cooked and good amounts. We fully recommend the BULL'S HEAD. Every evening there is a special offer. We visited Chatsworth House which is 21 miles from Lumb Farm country club whilst staying here.A CarterUnited Kingdom
