Friendly Welcome. Excellent buffet breakfast.
Proliferation of vermin running about the concours outside. Luckily none spotted inside!
There was a group of us that stayed the night before my friends wedding. The staff were amazing and so friendly. We ate at the hotel and the food was amazing. The rooms were lovely and the beds were soooo comfy. I would definately recommend this hotel. It was such good value for money.
Only things I can fault about this hotel is that it was very warm in the rooms. There was air con but it would then get too cold. It was very hard to find a happy medium. Also my room did not have a hairdryer. There was a note in my room saying this is due to the rooms just being refurbished and if I did need a hairdryer i could get one from reception so it wasnt the end of the world but it was hassel keep going up and down in the lifts with a 4 year old x
Customer care and excellent levels of comfort.
The staff were great so helpful and friendly they went over and above . The guy on reception was especially good at his job. I used to stay at premier inns a few years ago a d they were quite grotty but this was very different.
Breakfast was only ok.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and courteous.
The room was a good size. The bed was very comfortable The breakfast was good The staff were helpfull
Breakfast was excellent and included in room price so very good value. Having a bath for the children as most hotels we have stayed at only have a shower. Having 2 single beds for the children as the last hotel only had a double sofa bed pulled out which was a nightmare trying to get them to sleep. All in all with the friendly staff, fabulous breakfast and having a lovely town to explore we had a wonderful stay.
The second single bed was obviously a converted sofa which was hard and uncomfortable, causing arguments over who would have that bed. It could have done with a mattress topper to make it more comfortable and more like a bed.
The staff were very helpful, rooms clean and comfortable, breakfast excellent, served between 7 and 11, great times when on a holiday weekend! location was excellent for getting in to Rochester and ample parking at hotel.
It would have been better if we had more key cards for our room. But overall couldn't fault stay.
Good location. Well run hotel. Excellent breakfast. Staff very professional. Bed very comfy.
Room very warm and with a high tog duvet sleep was less than adequate and yes I did everything to reduce the temperature! Summer duvet would have been nice.
The service and breakfast. Also the cleanliness of the hotel in general. Staff were very approachable and hospitable.
I was disappointed that I could not use my mobile the moment I stepped into the hotel. I believe WiFi should be made free and available to customers, rather than being charged for it as an extra expense. Hopefully next time I would enjoy it better. Thanks
Staff were very helpful, Hotel was clean, food was brilliant. Accommodation was well suited for a family. The children enjoyed their stay.
Booking.com website showed our booking as a quadruple but single use although we had selected quadruple room for a family. This led to problems. Staff on site however worked to resolve this. Booking.com staff need to be a lot more patient with assisting customers and could learn a thing or two from their client.
friendly staff good food large room good deals for breakfast and diner
Breakfast, clean rooms
3rd bed was a hard 'cot' not comfortable at all. A/c was too hot and duvets too thick so very hot night.
Close to the motorway. Adjacent to numerous restaurants, cinema, bowling.
Rear rooms next to railway line
Nice hotel, and it is what I've come to expect from premier inns.
Not much, all good
Good breakfast and great coffee in the dining rm
The room, quality and choice of the food and the free parking.
comfortable and clean Quiet atmosphere Good food
All the staff where very help full and friendly to us
the quality of some food where not nice
One of the best nights sleep I've ever had. Really impressed with the mattress, pillow choice and covers. Triple glazing and air con. - this is not a cheap hotel just great value for money.
Back to basics here, sorry - should be a toilet roll not a sheet dispenser. Also the staff should be empowered to enforce the car parking rules. One inconsiderate 4x4 owner 'abandoned' his vehicle right outside the hotel and when I questioned the staff they felt powerless. They even removed a politely worded notice from his windshield when I tried to convey my thoughts on his inconsiderate parking. The plates were licensed in Monaco and I hope this didn't have a bearing on their decision.
Staff were great. Breakfast delicious.
Child's bed in our family room was no where near as comfy as the double. My husband slept on it and had a little winge about it.
Location was very good for travel to London, towards the coast and to the Eurotunnel. Quality of sleep excellent. Beautiful sunset over the river. Several restaurants and Leisure within walking distance. Excellent value for money.
Restaurant Beds Wifi
comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Staff very helpful.
Staff were very helpful. Location for us was good as it was close to the people we were visiting. It's also close to a choice of restaurants and even one on site(didn't use this although this appeared competitively priced).
Price was slightly high, maybe due to lack of competition in the area. Cost of breakfast was very high and so opted for McDonald's a 30 second walk away and free wifi. Wifi costs £3 for 24 hours.
