not being able to enter the corridor where the children had their room because our swipe card was for a different floor. we asked for rooms nearby but this wasn't given

Stay on top floor as the room noise from above is very audible!
Recommend tray for room drinks to protect surfaces etc.

The premises were as advertised. Everything worked and was clean.
On arrival at 6.40pm I was asked whether I wanted a dinner reservation and I answered yes. I was told that the restaurant was busy and the first available time was 8pm. I accepted this, despite it being later than I wanted. I arrived at 7.55pm and was immediately shown to a table by a friendly waitress. I immediately ordered a pint and a burger. At 8.13pm I an my next door diner were warned that we would have to wait about 15 minutes longer for our food. We were offered a drink on the house and I gained the impression that the offering of free drinks to mitigate delays was a regular occurrence. My burger arrived at 8.35pm. It was edible but of average quality. Should have gone to McDonalds across the road. Breakfast was also disappointing because the fried eggs were inedible having been kept warm for too long under the hot lights of the buffet. The toaster dried the bread instead of toasting it. This hotel needs to improve its food. I shan't return.

High standard of hotel
The staff on duty were excellent they were polite and extremely helpfull and made you feel like you were stayin in a much more expensive hotel, they made the difference, worth a wage rise I think

Large clean room, good view over river. Tea and coffee making in room.Extra pillows available in room. Using room card to swipe for the lift a great idea makes you feel secure.Excellent breakfast with a good choice.
Bed a little hard for our liking.
Flexibility of check in/out, nice out of the way location.
The Staff Where Excelent Even The Cleaners . The Other Guests where very Polite. We Will Be going back to this Hotel in February next year.
Location was good and the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful
Had trouble parking due to everyone using your carpark who clearly are not staying at the premier. You advertise plenty of free parking but there was none,so we had to park up the road then walk with all are bags then go out later to move the cars into you carpark for the night once everyone had finished at the cinema and restaurants around that area. It made things rather unpleasant and stress. Dave Gunn
Good sized room. Comfy bed.
We were told we would be able to just turn up for breakfast the next morning but when we did we were told the hotel was very busy and we couldn't have breakfast. Very disappointed!
The Staff were very helpful and attentive, breakfast was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recomendind this hotel for a short stay in the area.
