The tranquillity, the almost lack of noise pollution. The cleanliness, the good food in general, particularly the abundance of breakfast! I cannot think of anything I disliked.

A very good, clean hotel with excellent and friendly staff. rooms were very good and had what you needed for a good nights sleep but without the extras that you don't usually use but cost you more to have. ideal if you are just looking for somewhere to sleep and eat but not looking for that spa experience

The only thing that ruined my holiday is it never made it clear I hadn't paid for the room, so I had to pay again on arrival... This ruined my stay a bit?

I enjoyed the location, the quiteness of the rooms, the cleanliness, the attitude of staff. The delay in being served when checking in & waiting for breakfast

Staff very friendly. Very reasonably priced. You know what you are getting with Premier Inn. Not too keen on the new automated check in. You have some very good staff and it is a waste to lose that contact with them by automating the checking process.

Breakfast, the bed, parking, the cleanliness of the hotel, staff were friendly, I felt safe being on my own. No remote for tv, no milk for brew - had to ring reception. Room service would've been good - I'd had a long trip - I got in my room put my jymas on -rang to order food - had to get ready again to collect it :-/

I have stayed in many premiur inns due to my job, and know I will be in a clean and friendly hotel, with a good nights sleep. And the food is always enjoyable. With this hotel I noticed the reception was left empty quite a lot, and you had to go outside the door to press a buzzer to get some attention. The restaurant was under staffed, which left you waiting longer than usual.

The reception staff, in particular, were excellent. I was very distressed by personal circumstances that occurred during my stay and was greeted by understanding and comforting staff. Worth their weight in gold. Please pass my thanks on to them. Nothing.

Entrance, friendly greeting, parking and access to resturant etc, disable friendly areas. View and scenic outlook over river. outer door slams and noise levels heard from above rooms.

room was very spacious and very clean. The bed was big and comfortable - extra pillows were provided in the room which is good as my husband prefers to sleep with approx. 3 pillows! Nice quiet location even though you can see the M2 Medway Bridge from the room - there was no noise at all! Staff at reception very helpful and cheerful. Overall - a great stay. Slightly out of the way - we couldnt find it and had to ring premier inn HQ to find out the correct postcode to put in the satnav, but once we knew this - we found it ok. Location is Rochester but I would more than likely think location is Cuxton as it is not on the Rochester side of the Medway. Apart from this small detail - there was nothing that we didnt like at all.
