Had a hairdryer and there was extra pillows on top of ward brode
Opening the doors was a bit of a pain with all your baggage
The hotel was lovely and so are the staff!
All main things good
Room was freezing cold as thermastate did not work . When reported i was told the previous customer had complained about it as well . But told as i didnt mention until last night would only get refund for 1 night and not the 2 . Thats un acceptable to me as didnt complain first night due to thinking it was me not working thermastate properly so gave you benifit of the doubt . But by second night realised it wasnt me and was even more shocked when reported to reception and they already knew and they told me what thermastate did before i told them . So i have been a premier inn customer for years as you can check but now i think travel lodge can have my custom as never asked for refund before but you only want to refund 1 of the most coldest nights i have ever endured
Comfort, quiet, friendly pleasant staff.
We were completely satiswfied.
Friendly staff and good standard of room.
Lovely comfortable bed and good facilities - close to the main road yet has delightful views of the Wye valley. The restaurant is popular and very cheerful
We were woken at 2am by a child in the next room screaming - it went in for several hours intermittently just when you thought it had finally given in and gone to sleep then it started up again. We felt sorry for the family yet WE SHOULD NOT HAVE HEARD IT if the rooms had been properly soundproofed. Good job we werent on business and needed a good night's rest!!!!!
Helpful, friendly staff. Good meals at next door Beefeater. Staff pulled out all the stops for Halloween and the kids really enjoyed it.
Got very hot overnight. I understand rooms are due for air conditioning soon.
Helpful reception staff, great location, clean and quiet room. Breakfast was good value and quick service. Would stay again
Very comfortable stay. Clean, tidy with a nice restaurant next door. Room overlooked a field of sheep which was lovely.
Only slight criticism would be the location. Nowhere to go for a walk, virtually inaccessible without a car, but on the upside it was an attractive rural location. It depends what you want.
liked everything about hotel except room temperature
Terrible nights sleep as room was unbearably hot
Security of rooms and cleanliness. Good bed
No hairdryer. No complementary toiletries only dispensing units.
bed not made just covered up
Location and car parking and meals deal
The bedroom was basic but had what was needed for an overnight stay.
Strong Smell of drains from bathroom in the morning
Location and friendly approachable staff
Ideal location for our stay in the area. Everything that we required was available thro' the Hotel.
The staff, Tops was Jackie
This was the only room available at the time of booking. It was obviously adapted from a standard room to accommodate a large bathroom, in consequence the bedroom and bed were awful. Jackie agreed a refund was in order due to the fact I couldn't sleep in such cramped conditions. It was the smallest king size I have seen. For the cost of £81 it was disgraceful.Jackie was the only light in an awful experience.
Room was awesome, big , spacious great size tv bed was lovely and comfy bathroom modern and clean t and coffee facilities local pub and restaurant free parking
Wifi could be free although its a good price, it could be a bonus
Beds and room extremely good. Didn't want to get out of bed was so comfortable. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly
At 88 pounds bit much for one night. ..but I guess they had run out of doubles as we had quad. Breakfast at 8.75 bit expensive too and you have to turn up well before end despite them saying until 11 on Sundays. These are minor quibbles as excellent for night after a wedding we went to
Value for money Staff friendly and helpful Hotel clean Good nights sleep Beefeater next door good value for dinner and breakfast
The relaxed atmosphere.
I slipped in the bath!! Some hairs in bath & on floor upon arrival. Room very stuffy
We weren't the first to get lost after trying to use NavSat postal code to locate hotel. And using hotel name got us close but still looking. Hotel needs to put a simple map on their website. Otherwise hotel staff and facilities were excellent.
Bed very comfy, room very clean, staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast unbeatable.Brilliant value.
I can honestly say nothing.
