The staff here were very attentive and friendly and really made the stay a holiday for us as a family
Could do with air conditioning
great bed nice and quiet friendly staff
Location Fans provided in room
Had an issue with my booking online which meant when we arrived the cost went up! There was over an hour wait for breakfast on our first day at the restaurant.
Clean and comfortable. Helpful, friendly staff.
Had to share a double bed with my daughter. Room too hot, even with a fan. Would help to have lighter duvet in summer. We didn't have a car so a bit restricted, not a safe walking area due to traffic
Disabled parking and room 1 next to Reception. Help with luggage. View over hills. Special consideration for breakfast near food. enjoyed food and service at Beefeater. Bed was super.
Could not find BBC2 a d ITV on T.V. No instructions. Air conditioning would have been a help as it was an extremely hot day.
perfect for Linton Festival
Room ready as requested, easy check-in and out.
Beefeater needed a bit of clean
great location, restaurant right next door, and great stop over for South Wales.
Very clean room all you need on business.
Location on a very busy round about little noisy with the windows open.
Quiet, good parking, attentive staff
Location to where we wanted to visit was ideally situated Staff very accommodating Beefeater next door for convenient eating in the evening Bed comfortable, clean everywhere except hairs in plughole
Just about everything
Nothing comes to mind
Convenient location and parking.
Broken bathroom fittings, one hand towel between two, gave eight weeks notice of booking due to having five guests but didn't get rooms as promised on the phone, received calls 24 hours before saying there was a problem with the rooms, and so on.
The location. Excellent views. Decent size tv in our room
Lack of air conditioning
Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Beefeater grill was very poor, after our second evening meal we decided to eat elsewhere, 10 oz gammon was presented burnt and dried and cold, sirloin steak was inedible, the chicken dish was dry, all three dishes were sent back £12 was refunded.brakfasts were just as bad, on all 4 mornings boiled eggs and poached were asked to be runny came out solid rest the food on the plate was cold and obviously had been pre cooked again fried egg yolks were solid all round very poor. The beefeater grill was poor for cleanIiness the glass doors to the entrance were finger grubby and dirty and not cleaned the 4 days we were there, all round very very poor.
The quiet location at the back of the hotel and the usual comfortable clean room. The staff were particularly pleasant and helpful. There is plenty of parking space.
It's still a bit hot and stuffy on a warm night, despite the large fan.
We stayed in room 1 in June. This is the disabled room on the ground floor next to reception. We can't comment on its suitability for a disabled person as neither of us is, but it was quiet, very clean and comfortable. The hotel is quiet despite being so close to the A.
The staff were very helpful. When we asked for a duvet with a lower tog rating we were offered sheets too. The Receptionist supplied us with shower hats and the young ladies who carried out the daily room service were not fazed when we bought some plants at the market.
The bath and its fixed shower head. We both felt that we could slip and fall even though there was a safety surface at the tap end, and the shower head was fixed and high up.Luckily our request for shower hats was met and our hair stayed dry. The room was for 3 people but there was only one chair. My husband has problems with his back so he used that, but I had to sit on the bed.Not very comfortable!
The room was immaculate, staff friendly and bed super comfy!
the area, parking facilities, food
difficult to find walking area, needs to travel by car most of the time.
Good Location and Parking
Rooms far to hot, wall temp gauge read 27.5 'c, there were two fans in the room which were very worn out. Fans made so much noise it was impossible to sleep. I would not use this hotel again during the summer months, only winter because of this.
quietness, but close to Ross. Good bed, room-size adequate for short stay.
insufficient cupboard and hanging space for clothing.
Super clean rooms & comfortable beds - as normal for Premeir inns
Nothing to dislike
Usual Premier Inn start date of cleanliness, simple room and value, but with very helpful and friendly staff and a superb breakfast.
For us it was well located, but if you are going to Ross it is right on the outskirts so you would have a long walk.
