Just off highway M50 (exit 4), less than 1.5 miles from central Ross-on-Wye, the hotel offers great rates, with free parking and comfortable, modern rooms. The Premier Inn Ross On Wye has a convenient location, with good access to the center of town and the region's major roads. The hotel has a 24-hour reception desk and some rooms can take 2 adults and up to 2 children (under 16 years). The 2 children also get a free full breakfast when accompanied by an adult eating a full breakfast. An all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast is available each morning and includes the expected cooked items such as scrambled, fried, poached or boiled eggs, and pork or vegetarian sausages. Night porter was brilliant, very helpful. He managed to borrow a corkscrew for us from the resturant. Charged for multiple fill coke when we only wanted a single drink. Didn't realise at the time!!

Sufficiently "out of town" to avoid Ross - see right! Excellent soundproofing of rooms, very comfortable, easy parking. Exceptionally cheerful and friendly helpful staff at breakfast facility - and with English as a first language, which made a change! Ross on Wye even in off season crowded, overpriced, hilly for the elderly, almost impossible parking. If I hadn't been making a duty visit to an (even more) elderly relative, I'd have driven straight through and out...!

It was our first stay at a Premier Inn and a special one as we had a family reunion from all over Europe. Really comfortable, great room and a welcoming receptionist. Keep it going!

Close proximity to our clients offices. For a self-employed businessman I found the price to be very high. I know the rooms are designed for multiple occupancy, but I believe there still should be a more favourable rate for business. What I found more difficult to accept is the fact that you only receive 30 mins free wifi then you have to purchase a voucher. Mind you, I suppose someone has to pay for the poor adverts featuring a so-called comedian called Lenny Henry.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fabulous. Wonderful selection to choose from. 100% better than the breakfast we got at a 5star wedding the next morning! Very good value for money. The quad room wasnt as big as I thought it would be but then again the cleanliness of the room made up for that. And we do have 3 kids!

Long queue in the restaurant that didnt move for over 10 minutes even though there were plenty of tables free. Staff kept passing saying they would be back in a minute and then disappeared.In the end gave up and ate somewhere else.

Very comfortable large family room. All mod cons much better than expected. Reception small and pokey. Also didn't like Receptionist attitude towards booking - I had booked on line and the booking.com price didn't tally with hers!!!

Meals good & value for money together with friendly service; rooms cumfortable and a good size. Downside - no direct access to restaurant from hotel Good soundproof bedrooms - no noise from motorway. Location. Downside - fixed shower head = no practical for elderly clients.

Clean, comfortable staff very friendly and helpful. Good location for some beautif countryside. Room was a bit stuffy as windows are on the small side for natural ventilation although fans were provided. Bathroom extractor fan was not working.
