    nice staff

Very cold at night and no blankets. Was given a heater, which warmed the room, but made it very stuffy and difficult to sleep, blankets would have been better. Also no bath so not good for small children.

    Bed comfort and breakfast.

Hard to find, Postcode confusing! Sat nav says still 1.5 miles to go, when at the hotel!! Also likely to stop at the nearby Primier inn if approaching from the North.

Very comfortable room and bed, although close to a main road there was no traffic noise. The Havester was excellent with friendly staff and very good menu.

The satnav code is for the a local area rather than specific to the Premier Inn. We drove around for 15 minutes before we found it. The lady in the bar told us that the best code is the local Tesco store - I suggest your website use this code.

Location and beds are great, also flatscreen TV high quality. Price low for what you get ! Next-door pub always nice ;-)

Staying for 3 days, bit sad every day the key cards didn't work / needed re-activating, but nothing else.

Location was superb, near to cinema, shops and restaurants.

Roadworks on entrance roundabout made it impossible to drive in or out of car park easily.
