The Rugby Hotel is the ideal base to enjoy the many delights of Warwickshire. With its central location, the hotel is close to the main shopping area and DIRFT Crick.
Score from 110 reviews Good
The hotel is comfortable and secure, but a little expensive for the level. Despite the price, i would stay here next time i am in town.
We were delighted with the service, the comfort of the bed and the breakfast.
The hotel was difficult to find, especially as the sign is not lit at night and the entrance to the grounds is not well indicated.
Very helpful staff & most obliging.
Not very organised at breakfast. Was rather manic to say the least leaving hungry people. Money refunded.
Location, price and friendly staff. The hotel is ideally located just out of Rubgy and 2mins from the M6. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Toilet could have been cleaner, cold room. The toilet smelled a bit but overall the cleanliness was good. The room was cold and the fitted heater could not be turned on. We were given a portable radiator which helped.
Bed was very comfortable and room clean.
Signage to Premier Inn was very poor. Room a bit cold when I went in but soon warmed up
Very friendly helpful staff Good breakfast Room basic but functional
It is not the Ritz and the location is convenient rather than glamorous but it has clean rooms and comfortable beds - so as a convenient stopover it's fine
Fabulous greeting by young lady on the desk, really welcoming. Room was clean and tidy, had everything required. Breakfast service was good and so was the breakfast. Had a bit of an issue finding it via a sat nav, but this is a common problem apparently, but they are trying to get this sorted, do not let it out you off staying here.
There's nothing that we didn't like.
Room rate was great! Hotel was clean Staff courteous and helpful Wi-fi was stable
No lift to help with luggage Only 30 minutes free wi-fi
The bed and politness ov staff
Helpful and friendly staff who made sure we were comfortable and happy for our stay - husband was having an op in St Cross so we needed to be nearby and in a quiet comfortable family room.
staff were fantastic, food great, rooms also superb,
we paid for the internet but did not work, soft beds only, so I had to sleep on the floor
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful The breakfast was fantastic The room had everything we needed even 30 mins of free internet
Easy check in/ out. Friendly staff. Quiet stay.
No hairdryer Had to go downstairs to reception to get one. Would have appreciated being given theoption upon arrival of a hairdryer before discovering the lack in room with wet hair. Then no easily accessible mirror to power socket.
Clean and calm rooms
They forget to woke me up....a lot of trouble checking in cause I wanted to pay cash...
Cleanliness, Staff attitude, tried to help with problem by giving us a fan
Room 207, couldnt get temperature below 23.5,
Check in staff very good.
Breakfast staff rude and inefficient.
the bed, the room facilities and the breakfast
a hum all night long from the mechanical room. I think we were in 103 and it never stopped.
size and comfort of room
no electric shaver point in bathroom
Friendly staff and excellent facilities, we stayed once and had my wife's 91 year old mother with us. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff......
The staff at breakfast were lovely.
Quiet room Cotbed available Good location Great breakfast selection
Very comfortable stay. Staff were helpful and a great breakfast
Bad smell coming up from sink due to a plumbing problem. We had to keep the sink stopper down and bathroom door shut to keep the odour out.
Staff & Breakfast.
Not too many facilities.
The same people have served us here, year after year, and they genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. The continental breakfast is excellent and good value for money. The Harvester next door has an extensive but reasonably priced menu.
The staff went out of their was to ensure that our family gathering went without a hitch
