A little expensive for stay on the weekday we stayed.

The Staff were helpful and friendly. I asked for a room friendly for 'walking stick' huest and got one near to recepotion.

When in the bathroom Shower, on standing in the Bath there were no hand rails to assist in seadying and comfort.

Clean , convenient location to Stafford show , would stay at a Premier Inn again .

This was my first stay at a premier inn I was very impressed by the friendilness of staff they were all very helpfull. everything was very clean and well maintained. very good value for your money. I would use premier inn and recommend it to others.

The inn was clean and the staff helpful and friendly .

The open space that this inn is sited had a couple of draw backs one was the view building site one side and power station the other. This would have been ok if the emissions from the power station hadn't landed on my car and stuck like a mix of tar and cement.on the whole though the inn itself was good .

It's a bit out of the way in walking distance to get to any of the shops.

Quiet and clean.

The way the sink empties. You need to put your hand again in the sink to release the plug which, in my case, got stuck firmly. As the card (key) is needed to keep the lights on, and to gain access to floors and room, if there is more than one person in a room, one needs more than one card(key). Some people find the flickering light on the smoke alarms disturbing at night.

Clean, staff friendly and helpful,quiet

Chose the hotel due to its close proximity to a wedding venue. The hotel is fairly new so everything was very clean and shiny!. room was very comfortable, staff were very helpful and friendly. The pub adjacent was very nice, with good food at both evening and morning. A very nice comfortable hotel.

Not being able to open our bedroom window and the water in our shower area did not drain away properly. The builders did not put sufficient 'fall' when laying the floor.

Good friendly receptionist - rooms very clean

Very competitive price for a two night stay with breakfast included. Room on the first floor was comfortable with flatscreen tv, tea and coffee facilities, blackout curtains. Hotel reception staff were friendly and helpful. Table Table restaurant in the building next door served good quality, reasonably priced food and had a pleasant atmosphere. Restaurant staff were professional and competent. Location was conveniently close to our friend's wedding reception venue. Adequate parking.

Restaurant facilities being housed in a separate building made breakfast dining slightly difficult and inconvenient with two small children.

The hotel was excellent value for money. We were happy we chose the hotel for the 1 night we were over in rugeley for a wedding. The rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast is worth the money- I fully recommend to book it. The restaurant is lovely.

The only thing that was not great was the view of the industrial site but as our stay was not a holiday we didn't really care about the view.

Staff excellent. Very helpful and friendly. Very clean and rooms big and have everything you require. Bar/restaurant next door (bit overpriced) . town 5 min walk away and great places for food and drink.

You think you are in middle of nowhere but town is just 5 min walk under bridge. So dont think you restricted to pub next door as it bit pricey for what you get. Not mean but I like value for money and a dried out bit of chicken for £9 is a bit much!

Welcoming, despite arrival delayed until late at night due to severe weather.

Very clean and comfortable, location suited us as it was easy to drive to Stafford showground. Very clean and comfortable with good parking. Staying here you will need a car. We did not go to Bermingham other than coming and going to the airport so I dont know if there is a bus. Train station about 15 min walk away. Restaurant lovely, food good and nicely served. Menu slightly limited but good value for money.
