A mile from exit 11 off highway M56 and just over a mile from Runcorn East Train station, the hotel offers comfortable, well-priced rooms and free parking. The Premier Inn Runcorn has a convenient location with good access to the region's major roads. The very heart of Runcorn is only 4 miles away. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk and some rooms can take 2 adults and up to 2 children (under 16 years). The 2 children also get a free full breakfast when accompanied by an adult eating a full breakfast. An all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast is available each morning and includes the expected cooked items such as scrambled, fried, poached or boiled eggs, and pork or vegetarian sausages. Nice sized room, proximity to family, very good food at adjacent pub water in bathroom sink almost cold, no matter how long I ran it for. No remote control for television, and reluctance in staff to resolve this. disabled room had bath, rather then preferred walk-in shower with seat. Distance of bed from light switch at disabled side.No soap in either of containers over bath and only one replaced when requested.

Staff always friendly, have stayed before. Helped previously in the year with a surprise 60th birthday. excellent staff. Not enough milk in the room and no de caffeinated coffee.

The ladies on the reception were wonderfull very polite and helpfull, excellant. The room did smell of dampness we think from the bathroom and the window was hard to fix open because the screw was loose because the wood in the windows is rotton but apart from these two things everything else was fine.

Impossible to find without a map and instructions. Virtually on the m56 (nowhere near Runcorn) and too much traffic noise.

Very clean room in a nice quiet area next to a restaurant. When you say that a full breakfast is "available", that implies "free" in the USA. It should be written more like your WiFi info.

Nice friendly pleasant helpful staff... please thank them all. Convienient location. Bathroom was not the same standard as I have experienced in your other premier inns... need updating. ... pink/white tiles? went out with the ark or even before that. Didnt like fixed shower, prefer ones with moveable flexable shower head. Walls were quite thin as could hear other guests & of course the motorway sounds but lived with it..... Oh by the way ..does that get me a free nights stay with premier sometime or discount? Dont like to complain.. so english of me!
