Very good,

“ We stay at Premier Inns all over the uk. The price is right and the service is very good. We had not booked for breakfast on the Sunday morning. We were told that we would have a 45 minute wait for breakfast. We did not want to wait. I went back to the hotel and told them about the wait. ”

We stayed 1 night prior to catching the ferry to the Isle of Man. The room we had was nicely decorated & had a very comfortable bed. It was very quiet and we had a good nights sleep; the quietness may have been due to it being Sunday night with very few guests. The food in the adjacent 'Table Table' resturant was well below standard; perhaps being Sunday evening the normal chef may have had a night off - whatever the reason we will not eat there again and it would mean that we won't stay at this particular Premier Inn again. I should just add that the breakfast was ok so if you stay at this Premier Inn go elsewhere for your evening meal.

Consistent standard of accommodation. Good breakfast at Table Table next door. Pricing/booking issues and receptionist friendly, but slow and unclear on how to deal.

Reasonable value for money. Excellent breakfast deal. Cooked from scratch, served hot, as much as you like and timings put it above many hotels that I have stayed in. Dining area was roomy and service was quick. Lots of choice. Rooms where comfortable and not cramped. Never asked about wi-fi?? No air flow in room so will get pretty warm in the summer months and other times of year. Can't open windows due to motorway traffic noise. Fans should be made available to guests throughout the year. Noise from upstairs rooms when staying at ground floor level was noticable, especially in the mornings. However not a show stopper.

Nice rooms, friendly staff and no charge for kids breakfast. Busy car park and lack of close parking for families with small children. Can be noisy because it's next to a busy road.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Having the table table pub next door is brilliant, especially with the 1/3 off food during the hours of 11am-5.30pm. Brilliant stay and brilliant food

The hotel was easily located off the motorway good parking. Nice surrounding area. Very clean. Enjoyed the food at table table. Somebody was clearly smoking in their room. Although we couldn't smell it in our room we could as we walked down the corridor. The following morning somebody (the cleaners) opened the fire exit adjacent to our room so we were disturbed by loud traffic noise. Also I was disappointed I couldn't get shampoo from reception or offered advice on where I could buy it I noticed a spar a short way up the road other than that iw was great

Excellent staff on the whole and well organised with good service. Good location. Pleasent room plenty of parking The wrong postcode on your website took us to somewhere completely different and we wasted a hour trying to find the place, very fustrating , told the receptionist on arrival but she was utterly disinterested, so not the best start. Lots of road noise because of poor/cheap windows spoilt a good nights sleep. Ear plugs should be available in the room/reception. Should have door closers on all doors to stop inconsiderate guests slamming doors shut.

Location to Chester Zoo where we were taking the grandchildren for a day out. Lovely breakfast - plenty of choice and eat as much as you want. Very warm. Fan provided but no sockets near to the bed so did not really get the benefit - no toilet brush in the loo (?)

Nice sized room, proximity to family, very good food at adjacent pub water in bathroom sink almost cold, no matter how long I ran it for. No remote control for television, and reluctance in staff to resolve this. disabled room had bath, rather then preferred walk-in shower with seat. Distance of bed from light switch at disabled side.No soap in either of containers over bath and only one replaced when requested.
