Friendly staff. Clean, large room.
Noise from M56.
Room was just as you expect from a Premier Inn - warm, clean, comfortable. Quality sheets and pillows. Staff very helpful and friendly. Great nights sleep.
We liked the friendliness of thenstaff all of which were helpful as my wife was suffering from a bad leg they reacted toher needs very well. The change over from Table Table to Beefeater in the restaurant was a really nice surprise and so light, airy and welcoming, We were especially pleased with the meal deal of full breakfast, Dinner and a drink at just £22 - amaging benefit for guests staying overnight - well done!
Pathway to the restaurant from the hotel reception is uneven and has several difficult canbers to travail before getting either way - I think it could constitute a health and safety risk for people like us who are getting on in age a bit!
lovely helpful staff, food was great, very comfy rooms.
Staff were very warm and welcoming. Ideal location, the room was very clean and would visit again for a short stay.
Decor was nice, reception was welcoming and check in easy and straight forward. Bedding was clean, plenty of pillows, towels, blankets.
Stuffy room, no ventilation. A fan was on for 24 hours. A fan and a lamp were very dusty. No drawers for small items. Kettle does not work properly (doesn't switch off, so you have to be carefull using it). Mattresses were uncomfortable. All three of us woke up with back and neck pain. Edges of the mattresses are not very supportive, allow to roll of the bed. My husband is disabled, he fell out of bed few times during the night. Only 3 disabled parking spaces and they were takent by non blue badge holders. We had to park far away and walk back. The receptionist said: What do you expect me to do?
Location, close to main routes
- location was close to where I needed to be - room was comfortable and had everything you needed
- room backed onto motorway so very noisy if window as open - the shower was pretty awful - no power at all and switched from cold to scalding, there was no comfortable temperature
Helpful & friendly staff (booking taxis, giving local knowledge)
Ease of booking Easy to find
Noisy, even with double glazing, could still hear motorway. Broken switches, soap dispenser
Convenient for motorway nice and clean good breakfast
Not much space in the family room when all beds made up
We were visiting Chester zoo so ideal location. Spotlessly clean. Breakfast service v good. Staff lovely.
The rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and knowledgable. Location great for tourists.
staff were so helpful
shower over bath instead of shower cubicle.
See nr. 2, and the girl at the reception was very, very kind en helpful.
The temperature in the room. 26 Celcius (OMG). Airco would be nice. This downgrades the comfort a bit.
Staff were very friendly Room spacious for a budget hotel
Shower curtain stunk
Noise from close by road, couldn't open window, air con wasn't very efficient, the noise from people upstairs woke us.
staff was welcoming and friendly! we enjoyed our stay and we had an peaceful night sleep. beefeater next door was very nice the meals are delicious and reasonable for price, yet again the staff was friendly and help is needed. would come here again.
bit of a distance from chester zoo
the restaurant was okay
the way the staff were more interested in talking to each other and leave customers waiting for attention
nice comfortable room, free tea/coffee facilities, and a restaurant / pub next door.
Welcoming staff, usual Premier Inn features i.e. clean, and fairly comfortable. Decent breakfast in the adjacent 'Table Table' pub (will be a Beefeater from 14 Jun 14)
1. We had a room on the M56 side of the hotel. You are probably 20yds from this busy motorway, and despite a conifer hedge and triple glazing you inevitably hear the swish and hum of the traffic. If you are noise- sensitive, or a light sleeper, this might be an issue. 2. We arrived back at the hotel late on a Friday night having checked in, and then gone to visit relatives; there is very little parking outside the hotel itself; we had to leave our car overnight in the busy main pub car park, about 200 yds from the hotel. Fortunately the wheels were still on it in the morning.
Comfortable bed. Decent size room and no problems with traffic noise or with the TV
Clean and appealing
I found pubic hair in the bed - very unsatisfactory. I mentioned this to the receptionist who told me the manager would contact that day to discuss - she did not make any effort to do so. I paid nearly £90 for a 'dirty' bed. I would like some form of compensation as a gesture of goodwill to encourage me to stay at this hotel again.
Staff were really welcoming and friendly. Had a great nights sleep, no complaints.
