Clean and comfortable

Clean , good value, friendly staff.

Difficult to keep room warm and bathroom cold as there was no heater.

Really helpful staff who couldn't have been more helpful. We very much appreciated their attitude. Closeness to rma Sandhurst, we walked to the college and back which took us 20 mins max. Free parking. Attached restaurant and bar which provided great food, wine and ales.

The walk in the rain from the car park to the reception. The walk in the rain from the reception to the restaurant and bar. But to be fair this is only a walk of 10 meters or so. Lack of biscuits in the room.

Very good location for visiting family in Camberley combined with a trip to Legoland, Windsor which is only 30 mins easy drive away. Staff also very helpful & friendly.

Clean and friendly

Car crime prevalent. Two cars broken into the night we stayed. Not good for good nights sleep if you are up worrying about your vehicle

Food at Brewers Fayre

Noise from upstairs rooms Wanted to check out at 1pm, due to funeral arrangements, but was refused

After a dire experience at Travelodge at Fleet this was a very welcome change. Well managed, clean rooms, comfortable, helpful staff, great breakfast. Everything was excellent. Great for visiting son at Sandhurst.

The staff were so friendly and helpful even though it was an extremely busy weekend for them. Rooms were nice and not stuffy like some hotel rooms, bed was comfortable, shower was good. lovely breakfast.

Wasn't anything really.

Staff were vere friendly & helpfull. The cleaning staff were polite & unobtrusive. The staff at breakfast were very helpful & friendly - also the vegetarian sausages were the tastiest I've ever had!!!

Parking a bit tight in the evenings because of the Beefeater restaurant. Entrance from road very easy to miss.

convenient location at a reasonable price

We were given the room fitted out for the disabled although we did not ask for it and did not need it. The bed was not king sized and when we queried it at reception we were told that all the beds in the hotel are the same size. This contradicts your advertising literature and as we are used to sleeping in a large bed at home we did not sleep at all well. If we book at Premier again we will seek a guarantee that we will be given a room with a king size bed

Friendly staff quick check-in

The fact that it had free parking as so many hotels are now charging to park your car. The staff were extremely professional, helpful and friendly.

The room we had was 45 and it looked out onto a brick wall, there wasn`t much light and it was rather a depressing view.

Rooms a little cold

The room was in good decorative order and spotlessly clean. The towels and bedlinen was immaculate. The place was very quiet, almost as though soundproofed and it was nicely warm.

Staff were very helpful and cheerful!! Room was spotlessly clean and welcoming. Breakfast was well laid out and value for money. We will use your hotel chain again..Many thanks!!
