very helpful staff who kindly let us check in early as we were going to a wedding nearby. Excellent breakfast service as well.

New, clean, well-maintained, good bedding, excellent value, kids go free breakfast.

We were lucky enough to be given the largest room in the hotel so we had lots of room and our daughter had a full sized single bed. The lady on reception was one of the friendliest receptionists I have ever come across. There was plenty of hot water and the bath filled up very quickly. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. Because we arrived late and were leaving early the next day, we were able to park in the pay and display car park opposite free of charge.

Only one thing :- There was a TV/radio on ALL NIGHT in the room next door. We had a room with an interconnecting door and the noise sounded to be coming from that room. It wasn't very loud but was loud enough to disturb our sleep. I don't know if the room was occupied.

Room spacial enough for 4 people. Breakfast excellent. Beer quality good. Reception staff excellent and very helpfull. Overall excellent and would stay again. Good advertising by Lenny Henry !!!

4Th bed (folding type) uncomfortable. No Hotel Car Park (some other hotels have scratch card to pay for parking charges).

Hospitality of the staff, very friendly especially in the Carousel Bar where the evening meal and breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly

Didn't like the location of the premises, having to pay £10 for car parking for one night, would be added cost if staying for few days. Have stayed at a few Premier Inns with benefit of free car parking, would be beneficial if a deal could be made at the Palm Court Hotel car park for Premier Inn customers ?

Very nice room. Very clean. The breakfast was well worth the money as you could have anything you wanted & as much as you like.

We went on a Saturday & during the night there were people coming out of clubs making a lot of noise right outside our window. It woke me up & kept on for a while.

Situated in the town centre close to beach and shops. Very clean and large room. Receptionist - kinga, was friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast with ample choice of food.

The reception staff were all excellent particularly the 2 on duty when we checked in helped us with places to eat The price was very good parking was very close It was very quiet Breakfast offered a wide choice and again the staff were very helpful

As we like to watch tv in the late evening it was a little uncomfortable as there were no armchairs instead a sofa bed That would be our only negative comment.

The duty female manager in the bar on the29th November should consider who is around her as she did nothing but bad mouth her staff to another member of staff coming on duty. Also the beds were rather hard

good location on cliff top as we were seeing peter andre at futurist theatre so ideal. Great price good breakfast and restaraunt below was good. Room was very clean an comfortable

the only gripe we had is that our room was on ground floor and all the dustbins were right outside our window,for the hotel and street it was bin collection day and the noise of the bins been put out started really early. We were also right near the door to our floor and people were just letting it bang shut which made our door shudder.
