The staff were excellent and dealt with the problem of a bed-bug I found very well indeed

Ground floor room very noisy with fan from Beef-eater restaurant running and guests chatting as they left early.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Very accommodating about us stashing our very very expensive track bikes on mats in the room. Plenty of hot water and good pressure which is a huge plus.

The tea. I know my tea and Twinings are over rated. Twinings 'Everyday' is the tea equivalent of drinking Japanese whiskey. Why would you when there are so many others out there that taste better? This is really bad tea.

A very warm and welcoming short break, at the right price

The room,the food,reception staff were excellent,but breakfast staff a little rude. Also a late check out was a big plus,thankyou.

To be honest,the price of breakfast is a little bit pricey,can't really pick fault with anything else.

Comfort

Room wasn't as warm as it should have been, convector heater struggled.

Made welcome and ensured we understood Premier Inn even though we were familiar with hotels

Very friendly environment. Staff was very accommodating and interested in our well being. Great location, next to a very well maintained pub/restaurant and a supermarket/retail park. Good access to the motorway.

We thought that the price was rather high for just one night's stay.

Room smelt of cigarette smoke dispite it being a non smoking hotel. Stairs carpet was a but shabby too.

Everything about premier inn Scunthorpe exceeded my expectations,staff were first class,room extremely comfortable,dining in the beefeater restaurant was very impressive,overall 10/10.

The rooms we had were spacious and clean. Shower was good - always important! Bed comfortable and it was quiet so we all slept well.

Nothing wrong with the hotel itself but the bar / restaurant on the complex offered surprisingly poor food. Staff were great but everything was overcooked to the point of being inedible.

The room was very nice, beds and bedding comfortable and clean. Good shower, plenty of electrical sockets for use. Nice size room (family of 4). The room met all of our needs and the breakfast was adequate. I must mention that every single member of staff we encountered was friendly, polite and helpful. Premier inn Scunthorpe, your staff are a real asset to you...congratulations.

I would have liked an iron and ironing board in my room.

We came up for family wedding and were made very welcome. The two female receptionists on during our stay were outstanding, they were friendly, helpful and always cheerful and greeted us with a smile.

Family room could have been a little bigger, but we do have 4 kids so not many hotels could accomodate us sufficiently.

We loved the Premier Inn in Scunthorpe. I can't speak highly enough on them. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nicely designed. The staff were excellent, right down to the cleaning staff displaying some soft toys I'd purchased for my kids in the bed when they made it up. My 4yr old got a real kick out of that :) It was a lovely touch.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about the Premier Inn

Convenient location, great price and an extremely comfortable bed! Excellent customer service and a money back guarantee if you weren't satisfied with your stay!
