Friendly staff, very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast.
Hotel almost empty. Booked for £53 in advance, only to find that had I waited until the day, I could have had the same room for £29!
we complained about the road noise and were told by a member of staff 'lucky you didnt have a room at the back as there's a train track there'!
We had a family function in the Beefeater so the Inn was very convenient and the staff were very helpful
basic toiletries and not enough tea and coffee - we were able to get some from reception
the staff, thy gave 101% Nothing too little. The duty night manager listened and made me a cup of tea. The breakfast service was so fast and very friendly and polite. Thank you. We headed back to our to catch up on sleep prior to our drive back to Dover. I am Kim John's partner writing this.
The train at 23.55 then twenty or so minutes later, then again at 4.20ish am Gappy Birthfay...NOT
Next to a train line and dirty, sugar and coffe not refilled over the two days.
Bed Staff friendliness Cleanliness Good food Really good value for money
at the price - nothing.
Fab bedS, all 5 of us slept so well small children included. Comfortable & clean. Premier Inns always provide a good quality stay! Easy location for where we needed to be! Great car park nearby too!
No phone signal on EE and no Internet 3G! Used the wifi but didn't want to spend out on buying Internet usage! Disappointing!
The room and bathroom was clean, parking was good, the staff were very helpful and pleasant, the Beefeater was next door, good food and beer. I wouldnt hesitate to book again. 10 out of 10!
To be honest there wasnt anything I didnt like, there was the odd train that went by but not enough to disturb us, we hardly noticed it.
Food good breakfast superb.
Good clean room and comfortable bed. Resturant was lovely and our table waitress Mandy was brilliant.
Heavy footed person in room above. Not easy to find. Very confusing as its not in Sevenoaks but Wrotham.
Lovely staff, clean throughout. Beds were lovely and firm
Would have liked a hairdryer in the room
Very friendly welcome from Reception desk staff, good sized family room and lovely fresh breakfast cooked to order !
Clean, straightforward and accessible
Staff were very attentive and helPful
The staff were extremely helpfully and great with the children
The beds were a little to hard so had a sore back when I got up
Comfortable twin beds available in 'disabled' room Many plug sockets!
Room uncomfortably hot (fans available) I couldn't get any freeview tv Disabled relative couldn't use bath - walk in shower would be preferable
The premiere in was very friendly and clean in a relaxing atmosphere but alas did not get much sleep the first nite there as people upstairs from us were banging about most of the night and early morning so we were exhausted next day
The noise from the people up stairs from us we got no sleep our first night which left us exhausted all day which prevented us from enjoying our family wedding
The room was clean and the bed and pillows were excellent. Had a great night's sleep.
The staff couldn't do enough for us, with extra towels, pillows and advice. Great breakfast deal with Beefeater. Made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. LOVED the kids deal.
The room got VERY warm and the AC didn't seem to cool it down.
Staff at attached restaurant were very pleasant and helpful
Access to room via seven flights of stairs and six fire doors Train line by window Stuffy room, no fan or aircon
Ok for a couple of nights stay as a base to stay. Good clean rooms and comfortable beds. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
Rather small and close to the road. Restaurant not in the building. We had to go outside to the adjoining pub. Very well cooked food although the staff seemed a bit harrassed and under pressure.
Excellent front desk staff, very helpful, nothing too much trouble with a good sense of humour.
Room 28 grouting around bath grubby, dirty around bath taps. Could do with air con in room for hot September nights.
Close to all my places I wanted to go to.
On busy road Room to hot and not controlable
very kind people
the one bed wasn´t really a bed the beds are not long enough, i´m 200 cm long
Very impressed, very clean and comfortable, staff were very helpful and all the ones we saw were always smiling, which does make a change from some establishments. The beefeater next door was very good, we had a lovely lunch and the breakfast was excellent, better than a lot of places I have stayed. All in all a very pleasant stay.
I dont think the mattress was one of Lennie`s new ones but not to bad, I had an disabled room, this is not quite how they advertise it, I would have expected a shower not a shower over the bath, it did have lots of handles everywhere but it would not take much to take the bath out a put a shower in its place, but I hope if they read this they will take it on board.
