The staff were extremely helpfully and great with the children
The beds were a little to hard so had a sore back when I got up
Comfortable twin beds available in 'disabled' room Many plug sockets!
Room uncomfortably hot (fans available) I couldn't get any freeview tv Disabled relative couldn't use bath - walk in shower would be preferable
The premiere in was very friendly and clean in a relaxing atmosphere but alas did not get much sleep the first nite there as people upstairs from us were banging about most of the night and early morning so we were exhausted next day
The noise from the people up stairs from us we got no sleep our first night which left us exhausted all day which prevented us from enjoying our family wedding
The room was clean and the bed and pillows were excellent. Had a great night's sleep.
The staff couldn't do enough for us, with extra towels, pillows and advice. Great breakfast deal with Beefeater. Made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. LOVED the kids deal.
The room got VERY warm and the AC didn't seem to cool it down.
Staff at attached restaurant were very pleasant and helpful
Access to room via seven flights of stairs and six fire doors Train line by window Stuffy room, no fan or aircon
Ok for a couple of nights stay as a base to stay. Good clean rooms and comfortable beds. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
Rather small and close to the road. Restaurant not in the building. We had to go outside to the adjoining pub. Very well cooked food although the staff seemed a bit harrassed and under pressure.
Excellent front desk staff, very helpful, nothing too much trouble with a good sense of humour.
Room 28 grouting around bath grubby, dirty around bath taps. Could do with air con in room for hot September nights.
Close to all my places I wanted to go to.
On busy road Room to hot and not controlable
very kind people
the one bed wasn´t really a bed the beds are not long enough, i´m 200 cm long
Very impressed, very clean and comfortable, staff were very helpful and all the ones we saw were always smiling, which does make a change from some establishments. The beefeater next door was very good, we had a lovely lunch and the breakfast was excellent, better than a lot of places I have stayed. All in all a very pleasant stay.
I dont think the mattress was one of Lennie`s new ones but not to bad, I had an disabled room, this is not quite how they advertise it, I would have expected a shower not a shower over the bath, it did have lots of handles everywhere but it would not take much to take the bath out a put a shower in its place, but I hope if they read this they will take it on board.
Waiting for breakfast
Fire alarms woke the children up at 11:35 due to some one smoking in their room staff told us,and when we said about it the next morning we was rudely told its happened now so just deal with it!!!!! they didnt go back to sleep till gone 3am after alarm and then we was woken up again at 5:30 by the people above us and we could hear everything due to the floors being like cardboard
Friendliness, cleanliness, food quality of food. Reassurance from staff on sounding of fire alarm late at night.
Room very hot. Pillows not very comfortable. Fire alarm sounded late at night which unfortunately unsettled my daughter who then found it difficult to sleep.
This hotel offered a room with two double beds, which was a better alternative for three people than a sleeper sofa. The property is clean and the showers are terrific. The Beefeater restaurant next door is pleasant and has very good hamburgers. This was a perfect one night stop on a driving tour.
The beds are a bit hard.
Staff were very friendly and helpful Location being next to m25 but not too noisy that you could here the traffic Next to the beef eater which is where your breakfast is.. Good price and clean tidy establishment which has a 4/5 for the food and hygiene The space available in the room. Didn't feel cramped.
Massive black spot in hotel and surrounding so no wifi available only in the room if you pay extra. Although the beef eater has free wifi. No fridge in room wich you need if your staying a long period of time No rail to hold getting out of the bath/shower. The bathroom was small and very tired needs updating. Each room should have its own car park space allocated to it. Aircon dinning would have been good or even some ceiling fans.
Comfortable. Helpful staff and so kind, you dont feel like a number they are people with a heart.
Having to leave
The staff are so amazing and you just get so much help advice and guidance. It feels like home and have returned to stay on 4 different occasions.
Having to leave
Location - being a visitor from Ireland I was not aware it was so "out of town".
Comfy, clean bed, staff pleasant, good parking.
No air con, only fan supplied, window would only open slightly. WHB wouldn't empty until I cleaned it out with a cotton bud !!. Personally I don't like static shower heads, I like to wash my long hair after having a shower. The food at the Beefeater was very average, we were given an FOC drink as we waited a long time for the main course to arrive even tho' it was after 9pm & wasn't busy.
Breakfast was good
Dirty sheet on bed. Only two coffees and teas provided in room.
As always with Premier Inn, the beds were really comfortable. The staff were fantastic, especially when our daughter had a tummy ache in the early hours of the morning. The food and staff at Beefeater restaurant (linked to the Premier Inn) were also plentiful and excellent!
Would've been nice to have complimentary biscuits in our room.
Staff welcoming and helpful. Offered to help with any problems. Bed very comfy.
Bathroom floor seemed to be breaking up under flooring. Little disconcerting when walking over it and seems to give way. BUT did not really affect overall experience. No doubt will be investigated when redecorated.,
Other rooms were fine. Also a common room like lounge would be good so people can wonder around.
Did not like the disabled room facility. How can you bathe a disabled person in a bath? We had two of these in our wedding party and oh my god the inconvenience they suffered! There should be a walk in shower. My dad is 103yrs old could not lift his leg to go into the bath. And aunt had hip replacement. Same problem
