Friendliness, cleanliness, food quality of food. Reassurance from staff on sounding of fire alarm late at night.

Room very hot. Pillows not very comfortable. Fire alarm sounded late at night which unfortunately unsettled my daughter who then found it difficult to sleep.

This hotel offered a room with two double beds, which was a better alternative for three people than a sleeper sofa. The property is clean and the showers are terrific. The Beefeater restaurant next door is pleasant and has very good hamburgers. This was a perfect one night stop on a driving tour.

The beds are a bit hard.

Staff were very friendly and helpful Location being next to m25 but not too noisy that you could here the traffic Next to the beef eater which is where your breakfast is.. Good price and clean tidy establishment which has a 4/5 for the food and hygiene The space available in the room. Didn't feel cramped.

Massive black spot in hotel and surrounding so no wifi available only in the room if you pay extra. Although the beef eater has free wifi. No fridge in room wich you need if your staying a long period of time No rail to hold getting out of the bath/shower. The bathroom was small and very tired needs updating. Each room should have its own car park space allocated to it. Aircon dinning would have been good or even some ceiling fans.

Comfy, clean bed, staff pleasant, good parking.

No air con, only fan supplied, window would only open slightly. WHB wouldn't empty until I cleaned it out with a cotton bud !!. Personally I don't like static shower heads, I like to wash my long hair after having a shower. The food at the Beefeater was very average, we were given an FOC drink as we waited a long time for the main course to arrive even tho' it was after 9pm & wasn't busy.

As always with Premier Inn, the beds were really comfortable. The staff were fantastic, especially when our daughter had a tummy ache in the early hours of the morning. The food and staff at Beefeater restaurant (linked to the Premier Inn) were also plentiful and excellent!

Would've been nice to have complimentary biscuits in our room.

Staff welcoming and helpful. Offered to help with any problems. Bed very comfy.

Bathroom floor seemed to be breaking up under flooring. Little disconcerting when walking over it and seems to give way. BUT did not really affect overall experience. No doubt will be investigated when redecorated.,

Other rooms were fine. Also a common room like lounge would be good so people can wonder around.

Did not like the disabled room facility. How can you bathe a disabled person in a bath? We had two of these in our wedding party and oh my god the inconvenience they suffered! There should be a walk in shower. My dad is 103yrs old could not lift his leg to go into the bath. And aunt had hip replacement. Same problem

The room was clean and in good condition. The beds were comfortable and the location for our purposes was excellent. The breakfast was adequate for a hotel breakfast and you had the choice of a cooked or continental breakfast.

The restaurant/pub associated with the hotel was expensive for the quality of the food offered.

Staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful, Room was clean and bed , pillow was very comfortable. I slept very well.

My parents could have utilised a walk in shower, which none of the rooms have.

The stuff is the most friendlier we ever experienced. The rooms Are big and airy.

We had to wake up 5am but somehow the people above us kept us awake for a while by jumping around. We think is not just them fault but the noise was like in a 100 years old houses.... Knackert in the morning.

Good location for where we were going.

Only complaint was that the mattress was noicy on the edge and hard springs coming through. Room clean and tidy. Spent two nights there.
