Good for the money, good bed good shower.

It has a bar and restaurant in 3th floor, it's so convenient for customers who want some drinks before go to bed.

The television is so small in the big room...

Location was good for us traveling via train and bus. Clean and nice bathroom.

Only one lift working being on floor 12. Restaurant could be better service and food choice and specials.

We were very impressed with the staff. Every member of staff we had contact with was helpful, friendly,courteous and personable. Moreover,they managed to be so with ease. They really made a difference to our stay and we'd be grateful if you could thank them. If we hadn't completed this we would have written to do so.

The room was a bit stuffy even with the heating controls on low and the fan on high.

the whole 48 hours we had away at this premier inn was faultless. the staff where brilliant, friendly and helpful.

I asked for a cot for my baby grandson, both prior to our stay and on check-in. Although we were assured this would be in place, it never materialised.

Left a case ahead of visit, which was handled very well.

I booked two rooms; one for a friend and he was given a disabled room inappropriately. I complained about this, but did not receive a satisfactory reply. I did not ask for a disabled room, and should therefore not have been given one.

Free parking in town, which is not common for the more affordable hotels in Sheffield. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was well thought out and very clean. We will be going back, recommended!

We loved the ample space in our room and the people working there were extremely friendly, much better than many other hotels we've stayed in. The amenities were excellent and overall we felt that our stay was among the best we've had in the past.

There was no mini-fridge in our room.

Some staff were very friendly. Location was good. Cleanliness very good.

Some staff were not helpful at all. When wanting a glass of water from the bar we were told that the bar didn't stock water and that glasses couldn't be taken up to the room. When we asked later in the night we were given a glass of water to take to the room! Mattress uncomfortable, loud noise in the night from people running up and down outside the room and loud noises from the pipes.

On arrival the staff were more than helpful and very friendly. The room was modern, clean and cosy. During our stay we got the impression that premier inn' and all it's staff really care about the little important details that make a hotel great. A very pleasant experience all round and the breakfast was superb!!!

We found the restaurant/bar relaxing and friendly helpful staff, food good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was good. Room facilities really good. Close to were we needed to be. underground parking.

Very comfortable beds and pillows. When I saw the price of breakfast I thought what a rip off at £8 but it was worth it. Well cooked, choice of eggs and wonder of wonders porridge. Very handy for Eccleshall Road and the Colliegiate Campus.

We were on the top floor and could still hear a bit of traffic and the aircon noise. But it is a city hotel on the ring road. No direct phone number only a premium line which was annoying.

The food was good and the staff very helpful and friendly and the stay in the Premier was very comfortable

The fact that the sink was seperate from the bathroom was the only thing we saw as a dislike

I particularly liked the high level of security in the hotel. Needing room keys to access floors in the lift and the doors as you come out of the lift, I felt very safe, and satisfied my belongings would be when I was out. The shower was very relaxing.

For some reason my husband and I did not sleep very well at all. My husband can usually sleep anywhere at anytime.
