1. Wireless in the bedroom was not good. It kept dropping off .... 2. Phone calls from the room nor receiving calls from outside are possible.
The beds for the children were proper beds not just sofa beds, this meant the children were as comfortable as we were.
Tv very small and when pulled out so we could watch, didn't hang straight. And No free wifi. This is behind holiday inn and novotel which we also stayed in this summer.
The bed was extremely comfortable
Premier Inn is located in the Sheffield city centre and is a short drive to all beautiful places in peak district. Facilities are of high quality and the staff were great too.
We liked the friendliness of staff and found the room comfortable. Breakfast was fine too.
All the staff from reception to cleaners greeted us with a smile. Neville at breakfast deserves a particular mention as he made us feel really comfortable and entertained the whole family. The rooms were a good size and very comfortable, but also secure and quiet. The showers were lovely and hot and powerful. Overall a real treat.
Friendly staff Prime location car park in city center is good
Location was ideal for what we required
The room we were given was a disabled room which was ok yhe sink in the bathroom you could not have proper was in it was only a hand basin and it didn't have a plug to contain water
The bloke who booked us in was great even at midnight
The woman claiming her money back guarantee on "a good nights sleep" because she was woken by a fight OUTSIDE the hotel, she was on the same floor as us! I know it's a great business strap line but she took the P*ss!! The lady receptionist was really lovey but I would expect her to challenge the claim?
friendliness of the staff, the room was clean and what we expected
not enough lifts
It is great accommodation for a short stay. Staff were very helpful and friendly the room was clean with everything we needed.
Very comfortable bed and pillows all lovely and clean staff very helpful
Husband being stuck in shower/toilet! Staff member had to wrench door open
Very quiet, considering it's next to the ring road. Good rooms to be had around the back. Very helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble.
All doors seem to 'slam' - the closers are quite strong; so late at night it can be a problem. The rooms do get quite hot, even though there is a good air-con system, it still gets a bit too warm.
Very clean, comfortable beds, friendly helpful staff
The only problem were the workmen digging up the road outside at 5am on a Sunday, not really the hotels fault though but spoilt our stay slightly
On arrival we were given keys for a room which had not been prepared for re use. On our return the matter was dealt with efficiently and with an apology we were given another room.
Good sized bedrooms, good standard of cleanliness and very helpful, friendly staff.Would definitely recommend.
The polite and friendly staff. The restaurant/bar area. The excellent value for money & quality breakfast meals. We have used Premier Inns before and will not hesitate to recommend them to others.
The room we had been allocated was for disabled people. We didn't have a problem with that, but wondered how a a disabled person could fill a kettle with water when the sink was too small to be able to place the kettle under the tap. As we are able bodied we were able to fill a mug with water and then transfer it to the kettle. Not sure if a less able person would be able to manage this.
The Premier Inn Sheffield looked new. The rooms were very clean & comfortable - no noise. There is an on-site car park!!
Staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly every time we dealt with them. Breakfast very good.
Comfy bed and quiet room
Curtains could have been longer to stop bright sunlight from coming through level with the bed at 5am
Staff we're very friendly; Neville (at breakfast) was truly exceptional. I liked breakfast all the more when I found if you arrive late it's cooked to order!
Wifi - should be free for guests. No decent ale at the bar (not even bottled). Duvet was way too thick/warm for summer so I had to turn air con to super-cool.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the young lady on check in.. but bar and admin staff too. Prices at Bar reasonable. Bed as ever for Premier Inn was very comfortable. Very convenient for Sheffield centre, a short stroll to 'The Moor' end of town.
Everything was fine.
- Good room - good wifi coverage - parking garage
Efficient, friendly service Good food All staff, esp Neville
