Everything was straight forward and you couldn't have asked for anything more great value for money!
Location. I thenjoy town centre. Breakfast options was really good
Access to parking. Especially when you are not familiar with the area
The staff were very attentive, looked after us very well the food at dinner was lovely and the rooms were clean an comfy, it was a nice place to stay.
The downside was we had a nightmare finding the place initially and driving around Sheffield for an hr after the journey we had wasn't fun, also to find out we had to pay nearly 20 quid for parking was disgusting, iv never had to pay for parking while staying at a premier Inn before or anywhere for that matter.
Was unwell but the staff were brilliant!
staff were very polite and helpful and welcoming, the hotel was very clean and had great accommodation and facilities to use. Ideal location for shops, and eating out ect.
Excellent location that gives you easy access to the most important places to visit and shops
Beds was comfy
Smoke alarm kept going of whilst showering because the door wouldn't shut properly one of the times my partner was sleeping it really disrupted our stay all so watching a film on the TV and the screen kept going blue
I liked the ease of check in and the fact they let us check in before the allocated time and that the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the room was great. It was within walking distance to the train station and the value for money was fantastic. The breakfast was delicious too!
Me and my partner absolutely loved the bed was so comfy and the room was nice and clean
Location good. Bed extremely comfortable/ Friendly staff.
Poor lighting in room. Had to buy a torch so that I could read in bed for more than a few minutes!
Everything was good. Good breakfast great location. The staff at breakfast were very good especially with young children
Service in the Resteraunt at night was very slow had to wait 45 mins for ice cream even though it was not busy. The food was not that good.
Helpful staff and comfortable room and bed.
We booked months in advance for 6 rooms for our family-including an accessible room for my father in law. I must say I thought the cost was higher than expected and I was surprised to find we were not all on the same floor and that the accessible room was on the second floor. Sadly the only lift that was working broke down and dad had to sit and wait in reception for almost an hour. He is frail and 84 and needed to be in bed. To be fair, the staff were very pleasant and as helpful as they could be but the wait was not good for him. Also, one of our grandsons decided to play under his bed and somehow cut his hand. Staff were brilliant at bandaging it up for him though!
Rooms were too warm, Windows couldn,t be opened, air conditioning could not be controlled.
good choice of TV channels
During my stay there was only one lift working and on my last day the only lift that was working broke down so I had to carry my luggage down the stairs which was quite a feat since my room on the 4th floor

The location was good, right in the heart of the city and near the rail station
The lift stood out of order for a long time and we had to exercise our muscles everytime to access our room at 5th floor!! The staff were okay.
Great bed and comfort.
Only 30 mins free internet.
Very friendly helpful staff Clean and quiet Great breakfast Discount parking close by.
Bathroom clean but in need of decorating. Fire alarm flashed all night Fire alarm set off at 0615 Not as big as other family rooms have previously stayed in.
Good location for what you need to do
Bed and pillows not cumpy dripping taps
Understaffed in kitchen, and waiting staff. On Tuesday, severely overbooked. starters came to our table wrongly, as did mains, and minus some of the orde. Highly disorganised. daughters meal was warm and cold - lasagne!! the courses took so much time to arrive. Many customers were asking when meal would arrive/ and complaining they were poorly heated. As were many clients, my daughter is an athlete - not a new concept to the premier inn. they did not attend to their needs, eg prompt meals to allow rest. My daughter is disabled, and had she eaten inadequately heated food, it could result in severe illness, aside from eliminating her from competing - her sole goal In life. she had to have a take away that night. On Weds, the dining room did not open promptly, and in short the full cooked breakfast was not fully displayed and available until 07.00. croissants weren't available. The staff were clearly stretched, making numerous apologies. It all was a very stressful situation. I spoke to staff regarding issues, and twice was asked to give you another chance, and that we would be looked after, and not pay for a meal. I had left, so my daughter had no choice than to eat there, and luckily the meal was satisfactory, but despite having a booking, she was not approachedb my senior staff, and was reluctant to confront staff.. When I returned, I spoke to staff, and was again asked to give you a chance, with the promise of being well looked after etc. but yet again, despite table booking , we were not approached regarding the problems encountered, and felt uncomfortable to persue the issue. I feel we having received pretty lousy service regarding catering/management, and still gave you another try... and paid for the privelige. It was a far from satisfactory, and given my daughter's athletic schedule, and frequency of hotel stays, I do feel sorely reluctant to repeat cooking with the Premier Inn.
Decent place all round
No remote for tv when we got there
As stated, the hotel in General was good, with helpful staff, good clean rooms and communal areas
We we're let down with dinner in the restaurant on the first night. We booked for 8-30 pm, got seated and waited 30 minutes for someone to take our order, then a further 30 minutes for our starter. A service as far as I'm concerned let the rest of the hotel down.
Good location, quickly into town and very good for Ponds Forge where we had a competition. Good breakfast, clean rooms, lovely shower.
Nothing really all happy.
In some room the wifi is not good
Comfortable beds, late check, location as my daughter was swimming at ponds forge
The breakfast area was on the small size i can image when its busy it would be uncomfortable
