Friendly, helpful staff, very attentive. Easy to find, rooms lovely and big. Comfy bed.
Lights in room so dull I could hardly see to read my book in bed. Very annoying, but not the staff's fault, it's to do with the new light bulbs. The ones chosen were insufficient to read by - lucky I didn't need to do any close work like sewing on a button - would have been impossible!
The size of room The amount of plugs
No air con No phone for reception contact Bed was uncomfortable People banging on the ceiling Bath was extremely shallow
Facilities were great beds are incredibly comfortable staff were great friendly and helpful breakfast was lovely Sparkling cleanliness all round great hotel
room to hot - no air con , although they did give us a fan
We stayed for one night and had a great nights sleep. The room was clean and the staff were polite and helpful. There wasn't much noise and the location was great for travel I would stay here again
Nothing was too much trouble
We could not find the hotel from the tram station - the signage isn't good/obvious
Noise from room upstairs
It's Premier Inn, you know what you're going to get and it didn't disappoint. Would definitely use again.
Location staff food all excellent
The bed was to hard we got no sleep.
The staff were so helpful
The room was on the cool side and we couldn't get the heating to work
We would like to thank receptionists for their kind service.
Breakfast plates and glasses should be cleaned properly.
The staff, they were all lovely couldn't do enough to make our weekend great
the staff were some of the best staff i've experienced in hotel accommodation the food was good not thing was too much trouble.
a slight drainy smell at times in the bathroom but not that the bathroom was dirty because it was nice and clean
Peace and quiet yet walking distance to Meadowhall Centre
Nearly from shopping .
We stayed for one night whilst on a shopping trip to Meadowhall. Fantastically placed, surprised at how quiet it was being situated on a main road and a tram track. Breakfast was good too
Close to motorway and Meadowhall
We paid for two nights but left early because we could not get any sleep. Our room was opposite a building site that was still operating at midnight and Premier Inn staff were unable to get the occupants of the room above ours to be quiet
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The rooms were veery hot! We stayed during a very hot period and found the rooms stayed at around 29/30 degrees, even with a fan. Air conditioning would have been lovely.
Pleasant helpful staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Great breakfast.
Bedrooms very hot. No air con !! Bath very slippery when entering the shower.
It took 4 attempts before i finally could get into a room. 1st room keys did not work on 3 attempts (3 replacements), when they did the room had a bad smell in it. The replacement room was better but there was no way of cooling down the room accept with a fan which i had to leave on all night.
staff attitude and willingness to help. Good breakfast although had to wait a while.
the breakfast rush, seemed understaffed and was waiting for hot food to be replenished.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great that a family 'quad' room included 1 double and 2 single beds, unlike some other family rooms where the kids end up sharing a double. Excellent buffet breakfast. Short walk to Meadowhall shopping centre and train station....ideal for our weekend to see both stages of Le Grand Depart of 2014 Tour de France.
Nothing to dislike apart from another hotel guest who seemed to be particularly grumpy that the buffet breakfast wasn't being replenished as fast as he would have liked (not the hotels fault, especially given how full the hotel was for the Tour de France weekend).
No internet working even after a complaint to the provider company?
Could smell disinfectant in corridors
Staff very friendly and attentive Spotlessly clean facilities
Breakfast time - very busy period and hot water not working for tea and little slow to top up hot food
