reception staff were very helpful, easy to find, breakfast was good standard, public areas were clean the bathroom was not properly cleaned, lights in the bedroom were faulty and also the room was dim, you couldnt of done any work in there |

The lady at reption was very friendly and welcoming. the tv channels were excellentt as there was a good choice i would definately stay here again. the curtains are too dark, me and my friend overslept as we thought it was still early because the room was dark!! |

Its only 200 metres from the shopping centre. Its right next to TGI Fridays restaurant. Its 400m off the M1 and its a really good price with the best breakfast in town... |

We were given complimentary breakfasts and evening meals to compensate for the overbooking which was appreciated. I booked 2 guest family rooms but unfortunately only 1 was available. There had been a overbooking.Four of us had to sleep in one room. |

Excellent location just minutes from the M1, Meadowhall shopping centre and sheffield arena. Plenty of parking and close enough to the tram station to get into the city centre. Staff were really friendly. |

Quick and effiecient service both at Reception and in the Restaurant. Comfortable nights sleep and check out both prompt and friendly. Just picking I know but there was no Earl Grey tea at breakfast! |

The staff were very helpful and the bed was very comfortable. It was within easy travelling distance to the Sheffield Arena (The Premier Inn there was full). Although the room was very clean, there was a smell - may have been the shower curtain. |

The room was clean and presentable Yes the noise from nearby traffic especially the trams kept me AWAKE.tHE food service was TERRIBLE.tHE food was basic cooked on microwave, had pan fried chicken from special menu, cooked I think by microwave , potatoes still hot twenty minutes later after serving, chicken dry vegtables too hot to eat. |
