The hotel was in an ideal location The car park was difficult to find. Check in was too slow I came back around six hours later when the queue had gone. Had a reaction to the duvet/ detergent and couldn't sleep as the windows were sealed shut and room too stuffy

The room was spacious and had everything you needed. No parking and no instructions on the website to name the nearest public car park so drove round and round!!

Booking in system terrible.Had to queue for 15 mins.Room was double booked,Had some entering room at 10.30pm saying the room was booked out to them.

Very good location to go around there. There are many shops and pub. Breakfast is good for specially family in terms of cost. Nothing special. It is a little bit difficult to find parking. The map may be helpful.

The hotel is brand new. The room was perfect. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is fair priced and offered goods meals. Although the hotel doesn´t have parking, we could park our car across the river for a reasonable price and cross the bridge by foot. It wasn´t too far and we didn´t have a lot of luggage anyways. That was not a problem to us.

Spacious rooms, very clean and quiet. Good value. My partner is now working on the Shrewsbury airbase and we will be staying in Shrewsbury on a very regular basis, travelling from oxford.I was staying with a 15 year old and a 12 year old. Unfortunately the second bed for the child was so small she did not sleep so we will not be staying again.

Very new fixtures and fittings, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. Very central location. The windows are sealed shut! Apparently this is 'company policy' according to the reception staff. We both awoke with headaches and sore throats, being used to sleeping with the windows open and access to fresh air! This was a big downside of the hotel for us, especially as the airconditioning was far too fierce.

The facilities were great, staff warm and enthusiastic and the room clean. All in all great value for the money and if we were to travel to the region again would not hesitate to stay there or recommend to friends.

Staff were pleasant. Hotel is new and clean. Room pleasant decor and bed comfortable When I was asked how my stay had been and I explained that the room was noisy, without asking my room charge was refunded. Noisy extractor fan in neighbouring room Noisy fan in hallway. Being woken up at 3 am due to noise.

Really helpful staff and great breakfast. Rooms were very clean and very comfortable. The car park wasn't clearly marked and the entrance to the car park is shared with a service yard for shops
