Location, staff superb nothing too much trouble, pleasant. Ease of parking and check in
Bed a bit hard, food poor. Breakfast time badly organised lack of plates etc, had to hang around for hot food replenishment. Waited 40 minutes for muffins while they were defrosted.
Loved the location.. lovely friendly staff.. and spotless. 2nd time we stayed here and would do so again... Thanks for a nice relaxed 3 days...
Nothing at all....all was perfect for us..
Everything ideal fir what we wanted
Coming in at night around the back felt a little unsafe dark
bus station opposite value for money clean
no parking at hotel
Everything superb, ALL staff excellent, VERY friendly, helpful, & efficient
Was in a great location and the staff were very helpful. Would recommend the breakfast.
Staff were very informative about local ameneties.
Room 101 wet room was a disaster. The water overflowed the drain, which may have needed cleaning (reported to staff) and the carpet was drenched and frightful!
Everything needed for a comfortable stay
Mobile coverage inside the hotel is dismal. Most rooms have no mobile coverage. Ask for a top floor room if you want to use your phone. Front rooms have some coverage if phone is placed on window sil.
The Hotel staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. You felt it was a family business and everyone had a part to play. Food was good.
Friendly helpful staff. Effiicient quiet airconditioning in the room. Very good breakfast. We had one of the four free car parking spaces just behind the hotel rear door.
excellent staff' wellcoming accomdating helpful. could not fault standards/
found fault with towels not being changed, but staff solved all problems efficienty. big thank you to beth.
Near to train station
It was fine. nothing flash, reasonable restaurant if a little bit overpriced when not getting a special offer. Clean, comfortable room, just what you need for a night or two.
The parking is not made clear. the suggestion is that the lower floor is Premier Inn's. it is not, it is a council controlled car-park and if you don't pay you will be fined. evening meal was very ordinary and overpriced.
Noise at 3.30 am thro 5.00 am
Service staff friendly Efficient snd redpectful Clean Comfortable
I also stayed at the Premier Inn Heathrow and I have also stayed At Joburg. The staff are very friendly, concerned for your welfare and always willing to help beyond the call of duty. Your brand is very good and I am proud to have stayed at your hotel
My wifi always being cut off and the fact that I had to leave
good food closeness to everything as we didn't have a car welcoming staff
room size would have preferred buffet breakfast for the hot items as well
we arrived about 4 hours early for check inn but asked if they could look after our case till 2pm.very pleasant friendly receptionist that dealt with our request asap.also change over at 3pm was also another lovely friendly, helpful, cheerful receptionist.made all the diference.1st impressions count.
had one evening meal & one breakfast.2 of the young lads could of been abit more better at seeing to tables quicker as it was quiet & more approachable to ask a question(ie: no bowls or waiting on more hot breakfast arriving in hot plate).one young chap very good & polite & helpful
Location & staff.
1. 2 extra beds which we did not need meant access to window & one side of main bed was impossible - never experienced such a poor arrangement before. 2. Unable to cater for the number of guests at breakfast.
Very peaceful comfortable night
Can't fault it!
The staff where really friendly even tho my 3 young boys were playing up , the staff help you out a lot and the breakfast was lovely and the kids eat free is brilliant
The family room should be bigger
The view of the river easy free parking
Signage into hotel parking from both directions could have been more promininent
Everything. The staff were particularly polite and helpful. The cooked breakfasts excellent, freshly cooked and not at all greasy as can happen. We will come again.
The hotel could have better drop off facilities for cars. There is "disabled parking" which you may to use drop off cases but it is usually full (we have been four times). Many modern city hotels have an area out front to drive in, drop off cases and then drive off to parking.
Car park fee of £8 per 24 hours stay
Great location. Good standard room. Breakfast quite good
Being charged for Internet usage. Very unusual nowadays
