Kids beds were already made up. Cleanliness. Friendliness of staff.
Excellent location for our trip between Liverpool and Cambridge, with parking. Initial problem with room sorted very professionally and with charm. On site restaurant (Bridgewater Arms) offered a good meal deal on dinner and breakfast, and the food was very tasty.
Nothing to dislike
As expected from a Premier Inn...
Cleanliness, location, size, adjoining pub, breakfast- all superb- would definitely recommend
Nothing negative-All good and excellent value
The room, the common areas the WiFi the location the staff, the grounds, the parking
The food was only average. I do not like mushrooms cooked in oil. I asked for them to be in butter. Hotel said they were but I found taste of oil unpleasant. The sausages were premium but not in my opinion. Good brown bread but white was cheap and disappointing. Rest of the food OK or good.
Quiet location in the countryside, the adjacent pub the Bridgewater arms is lovely cooked breakfast was excellent.
No hairdryer In room as currently updating but you could borrow one from reception.
The friendly and helpful staff ensured a good atmosphere and a pleasant stay. The room was very clean and in good condition. It was a bonus to be able to walk into the bar and restaurant without going elsewhere. Despite being close to the main road the room was very quiet.
The duvet on the bed was too heavy for us but the mattress and pillows were comfortable.
The country inn feeling was really nice, the food varied and excellent and the staff friendly.
Just minor things, the heating system is a bit noisy at night and the water in the shower not hot enough for my liking.
Very welcoming and helpful reception staff. Excellent breakfast and good quality of evening meal - very convenient as restaurant adjoining hotel. Everywhere clean and tidy.
Some noise from room above.
Clean room and comfortable bed.
with an extra bed and a cot the room is really small for 4 people.
Modern, clean, spacious room and facilities. Good sized tv. Welcoming staff at reception. Plenty of parking space.
Paying for wi-fi in this day and age. It should be inclusive, as it is in most places. Hairdryers 'being refurbished' is another con. Why laminate a temporary notice? If they've been removed, just say so!
Food good value for money staff lovely and polite and nothing too much trouble
Warm, clean and great friendly staff on reception. Quiet and comfy room.
For the price I dont think its good value only having 30 mins free wifi. Also a room costing on a par with 3 star could offer an iron, and more than 2 tea bags and 2 sachets of coffee
the accomodation, food location and the friendly staff.
Room was clean and comfortable. Lovely big towels with nice shower.
No early check in available and was not offered anywhere to put our bags as we were attending a wedding before a 2 pm check in. Had a poor night sleep as could hear banging and heavy foot steps in the room above or hallways in the early hours.
the bed was comfortable and the old part of the building was nice - the new part functional and clean
There was no hair dryer in the room but was available (not too good) No soap (other than a dispencer) no face flannels
Front of house lady very friendly and informative. Room very clean. Bathroom spotless. Room is completely black when curtains closed and lights out. Restaurant attached was excellent - best burger we've had in a very long time. Staff in restaurant were very nice and friendly.
Only one downside is you could hear every movement from the room above. We had Room 4 a ground level room but when the people staying above got up in the morning we pretty much had to as well despite the much needed lie in. Should have taken ear plugs.
Always like Premier Inn rooms . Breakfast as always good , good choice . We were staying one night as went to a wedding and we were fortunate to have rooms early .
Although given rooms early to get ready for the wedding , which I kept thanking the receptionist for , she was quite surly with members of my family .
Staff excellent. Quiet room. Good meals. Good Premier Inn.
Big, comfortable bed, good shower
No buiscuits and only Tea and Coffee, no Hot Chock or herbal Teas
Room was comfortable stay good
Wi fi only available for few minutes where available free elsewhere.
Everything was lovely .teally nice
Tea and coffee only lukewarm
Location, staff and the hotel
The restraunt was good. Fantastic breakfast. Excellent value for money all round. Ease of access into Shreswbury town.
Restraunt service poor. Doors with in the hotel need adjustment due to banging, distubing sleep.
