Very comfortable bed. Brilliantly powerful shower. Friendly staff. Lots of parking.
Room too hot and unable to get it to cool down. Herd of elephants in the room above.
Close to railway track so needed to wear earplugs
The beds are to high
Nothing was made up.room had been smoked.bodily hairs on the wall in the bathroom.
I loved the beds they where so comfortable me and my girlfriend almost didn't want check out the worst part for both of us would be getting out of the bed lol :)
The night staff they where very rude
You know what you are getting always good
Comfortable and easy booking facility, good value for money at Breakfast
No policing of noise. Even though there are the posters up saying Shhhhh quiet area there were still problems with noise. Next door room, across the corridor up until 02:00.
comfy bed ~~room very clean breakfast was lovely have stayed with you twice now ~~
to pull the door as you swiped the key card ~~arms too short !! had to wait for someone to let me in ~~
Bed comfy apart from note below talc on bathroom floor when we arrived which went on clothes didn't notice till I got dressed had to sponge down before going home
Bed linen was itchy did tell reception said it was sent away for washing didn't seem bothered
It was nice and comfortable and it was very quiet as well
Having to pay for WiFi first place I've ever had to pay for it and we stay in a lot of place. Having to pay for breakfast as well that's good but not much of a problem mind at nearly £9 pound per person was a bit steep
The cooked Breakfast was on the cold side. I didn't complain at the time
Comfort of bed Friendliness and helpfulness of staff on reception
restaurant not as good as those on site that I have been to. They didn't know what decaffeinated coffe was!
helpful friendly staff
squeaky bed and slow wifi
Breakfast was very good great choice great staff
The room was too hot , should be free wifi
We got woken up by a loud banging which we were told was the hot water pipes. Also some people came back from a night out early hours of the morning making a lot of noise.
clean and crisp
there was no plug next to the full length mirror
Friendly and helpful staff. Location was close to motorway so we could travel around easily.
The lack if AC made sleeping in the additional site unbearable. Once AC is fitted it will continue to be a great option in the future!
The whole set-up is good. That is for a one night stop, which i & family found quite adequate.
Comfy, clean room & helpful staff. Location is technically in a service station which it good and bad depending on what you want. There is a pub/restaurant, mini supermarket and mcdonalds on site, but no food/drink in the hotel itself.
Quiet, large room, although we were mistakenly booked into a room with disabled access!! Brewers Fayre on site, good quality breakfast, freshly cooked, varied choice and very good value for money? Friendly, helpful staff in both hotel, and Brewers Fayre.
The staff went out there way to be helpful and travelling with a young baby we didn't know what to expect but were pleasantly surprised. Good decent buffet breakfast
Next to main euro tunnel line and main road even with triple glazing still loud
I loved it all but the bathroom so white so clean. And was nice to see staff so happy and so helpful when we needed directions
Dismal and depressing inside the hotel. Staff not that interested. Wifi not free Poor windows
The member of staff on duty was very friendly the ruin was like a sauna.
It was only 23 C outside but the room was sweltering had to have 3 cold showers. Terrible nights sleep
