Super location to access the dales, very convenient family friendly restaurant with in and outdoor play. We had the family room, very good size and value for money. Highly recommended.
Had to pay for wifi after 1/2 hr,
the cleaniness and comfort of room
we felt the quality of the food at the restuarant could have been better, although the breakfast was fine.
Easy to get to and close to some beautiful little villages on the edge of the Dales.
The room was comfortable and most staff friendly. A great location for the Dales. A good quality breakfast.
Too expensive for what you get. Breakfast should have been included in the price. Main meal was poor in terms of quality and amount. WiFi should be free at this price!
A comfortable air conditioned room located close to beautiful countryside.
very good prmier inn will stay again
The quality of the room was excellent with good temperatures and great comfortable beds. The location was excellent with it being set back from the road. Good quality television with new facilities such as USB jacks.
The attached Brewers Fayre pub which was the only the place to eat was poor. The food service was a bit slow, and the pub ran out of beer. I assume this is because there was no-one capable of changing a barrel. Also people were quite loud outside the pub after midnight, this backed onto our room and did delay us getting to sleep.
We came up with friends to do the Yorkshire Tough Mudder, so it was great to come back to the inn for a long hot soak in the bath and a good nights kip.
Fancy charging for wi-fi. Never sayed anywhere that does this before!!!
Comfy bed and bathroom
No lift to first floor
Every thing excellent in hotel x
Adjoining restaurant ! Was poorly managed ! Queuing to get served 30 mins then 45 mins wait on food ! And actually waited 35 min for my pud that was already done in display fridge ! Very disappointed and thought it will give premier inn bad name !!
room too hot, no air condition, adjoining restaurant for breakfast was dirty, not stocked up, messy, staff not very attentive
Staff were very helpful and friendly with regard to booking taxis, giving directions etc
Premier Inn should not charge premium prices to make money on premium events. The quality/ service does not change why should the price? Outrageous prices in Gargrave for Le Tour week in comparison to other better hotels. You should be ashamed of yourselves! All other hotels were booked out! I won't use Premier Inns ever again.
Staff very helpful
Rather a long corridor to room with facilities for disabled but staff did offer to carry my things and it was a lovely room.
poorly maintained throughout the whole building. Used to a better standard and paid through the nose for a room for the night.
TV AND ROOM SIZE.
FOOD AT NEXT DOOR INN LUKE WARM.
THE BUFFET BREAKFASTS YOU COULD CHOOSE WHAT YOU WANTED, YOU COULD ALSO SPECIFY DE-CAFF OR SPECIALIST TEA IN YOUR ROOM WHICH WAS PROVIDED. ALL THE STAFF IN THE HOTEL AND PUB (ANCHOR) NEXT DOOR WERE EXCELLENT
BEING ON THE GROUND FLOOR WE COULN'T OPEN THE WINDOWS ENOUGH. WE PREFER WARDROBES RATHER THAN SHELVES. NO FRIDGE, WOULD HAVE BEEN USEFULL
Staff very helpful, especially Andy in reception.
On arrival initially given a disabled room, but re-allocated a standard room fairly quickly.
Location fab Room was lovely beds very comfy and nice quiet room so had a good sleep.
Food in Brewers Fayre not great. Would recommend going into the village instead. £150 for 2 nights room only is not the most economical for a family of 3. Did not get room cleaned or fresh towels or tea/milk top up after first night. Asked receptionist who sorted it out for us immediately so no complaints overall.
The rooms were nice and clean and the staff were very friendly.
The nearby (almost) pub.
The way through the rain to reach the restaurant.
Very nice hotel in a very nice area next to the very nice town of Gargrave
Scratchy towels. Food at Brewers Fayre was average.
Perfect overnight stay in a great location
Nothing to fault
