Location, value for money and cleanliness

At breakfast there were cereal bowls or hot water for tea available staff were very slow in assisting which held up breakfast for the children. There was no bacon and by the time it came the rest of cooked breakfast was cold. There is obviously an issue with sound carrying as we were asked to turn tv down as other guests complained and we did not have the volume up very loud at all

No twin beds. Had to sleep on a hard child's bed or share a bed with a friend who jiffles a lot !

Staff were very accommodating.. Parking convenient. Was only there for a one night. Would return if in the area. All was fine.

Breakfast was ok. Hard to find it as it was not lit up. Had to be moved during the night as rooms on both sides of me were having party at 2 am. Moved very quickly without questions. This was just unfortunate for me but no reflection on the staff. They refunded my money without a problem.. Thank you

I used to stay in Premier inns years ago when the children were small, but now the prices have escalated beyond recognition. There have been many advertisements stating that you can get a premier inn room from £29!!!!!!!!!!!! Where??

Reception staff and restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. Food was good Room was refunded without a fuss.

Rooms were not that clean. Bathroom smelt of sewage. Water stayed in bath after shower. Toilet was just wiped over note cleaned properly.

Location close to legoland and windsor castle

Menu limited, nothing unusual dry atmoshpere in rooms, air con not working, difficult to sleep

The staff spoke too quickly and I kept having to ask them to repeat themselves. It felt robotic. The shower holder in the bathroom was broken.

Very clean and well organised. Staff very helpful. Food and service excellent, especially breakfast.

We had not stayed in Premier Inns before and were pleasantly surprised. The all you can eat breakfast was an added bonus. Ok you paid for it but it was good. This made a nice stop-over in our visit to the West Country.

No complaints other that I would have liked to have the tea/coffee served at the table instead of diy.

The staff, restaurant and location

Room 8 unfortunately the noisiest room I have stayed in due to directly being the stairway to upper floors. From early morning and late evening constant noise from guests using the stairs.

Firm bed. Good double glazing kept room quiet. Air conditioning worked well.

Uncomfortable desk chair. Air conditioning noisy.

Free parking Reasonably-priced WiFi (10Gbp/7 days) There's a big super market right in front of the hotel (Sainsbury) which was very convenient. Spacious room. Good food in terms of variety and price.

A/c started blowing cold air or hot air randomly a few times (room 304) and it was smelly too. Not necessarily a bad thing but it is good to know that you have to pay the full amount in check-in.

Staff, especially receptionist very helpful and considerate. Service in the restaurant was very good. Good parking facility.
