Lovely quiet room. Clean, tidy and comfortable. Great lcation for us to break our journey from Lancashire to Dover, on way home. Also great location to visit family in north London
Minor gripe only. Breakfast is a buffet type and the staff appeared to be struggling with the numbers of guests on the day.
Stayed here a few times now, staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable. Had our evening meal in the restaurant which was very good.popular hotel due to its location.
Absolutely nothing ! Everything was fine and we had no complaints.
Everything !! The staff foremost (well done everyone and many thanks for making our stay so good). The room was superb and spotless. The meals were of an excellent standard and offered the best value for money that we have experienced in many years. We can honestly recommend this Premier Inn to everyone.
The double bed was very squeaky/creaky don't know whether it was because the beds are new. We were moved to another room but that bed was the same.
Staff were extremely helpful couldn't do enough for us. Food is amazing!
Free Wifi was very erratic eith connection and sometimes it didn't work at all. The shower flooded the bathroom even with shower curtain inside the bath.
It was very quiet throughout the hotel and the staff were all extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The food in the restaurant was outstanding, better than some fancy restuarant chains we have eaten in!!!! And as always at the Premier Inn the bed was very comfy.
All very good
The position and frontage to the building lowered our expectations. Once inside we were impressed with the service, cleanliness and facilities. Overall we were very happy with our visit.
The bathroom in the disabled room we had, couldn't have a shower, daren't get in the bath forfear I wouldn't get out. The rail in the wardrobe too low even for anyone in a wheelchair, the coats trailed on the floor
The facilities in the hotel
The only negative was that there was not hot water for a shower, but the staff apologised most profusely.
The accommodation was clean and easy to get to and the staff were super friendly and I felt very welcome.
The air conditioning was on all nite so we couldn't sleep
Service at dinner time was not good. Ordered drinks and three times they were wrong and another twice they didn't ever turn up. No room service
Bath very small and leaking taps Only had towels for one even after booking for two!!
Big bed and free wifi
Friendliness of staff
Slow booking in. Didn't seem to be any urgency. Kept waiting for ages with only two people in front of us!
Lovely variety for breakfast
bit expensive for a 1 night stay.
Good breakfast, near motorway.
Can't think of anything.
Excellent evening meal & harty breakfast.
Local dogs near to site barking all night possibly guard dogs from bus company next door Doors not able to close quietly so lots of noise early hours of day due to people leaving The decor inside and out is totally run down and filthy
Sunday Ran out of cups plates etc very busy
the air conditioning system on the roof above our room was very noisy all night and prevented us sleeping on the first night. told staff about the noise the following morning and was told that maintenance would look into it. second night was the same and staff told me that they have been trying to get the air conditioning replaced for some time. which tells me that there have been many previous complaints about the noise. shame
restaurant on site and convenient place for our needs
Wifi. The wifi was very weak but still it was strong in the lounge
Breakfast the food and the fact that it wa the comfort of your own home.
Apart from the comfort of the bed, drinks are reasonably priced. The is a buy-one get-one-free happy hour from 5 to 7. The overall feel is one of efficiency.
I was harried on my last day by the lady who cleaned the rooms, but who was friendly the previous day and stay. A communication problem, perhaps, not realising I was checking out and unable to speak English.
Practically everything. The staff are really friendly and helpful.
Booked a triple room but only 2 tea mugs in the room, when my nephew went to reception to explain that we needed another mug he was given a glass instead. He may be 8 but he is not daft and tried to tell them it was for tea, problem seemed to be the staff he spoke to were not first language English...
You know what you're getting with Premier Inn and the location of this hotel is very convenient.
The address given is a little confusing - the hotel is actually adjacent to South Mimms Service Station on the M25/A1 junction. It was convenient for our particular needs, but a little isolated from the normal High Street facilities of Potters Bar which is around 3 miles away [although they probably share a post-code.]
The staff were wonderful. The hotel was everything you would expect from a budget-range chain - no complaints at all.
No lift for less mobile visitors.
Good location for A1 North, quiet room. Good breakfast, very helpful staff. Good value for money.
