We have stayed at quite a lot of hotels but we have say we were pleasently surprised with overall experience of this one We were staying just one night on route to a cruise from southampton. Keep up the good work.

Parking now costs. Housemaid did not clean up the room despite me asking her to. Just stuffed a piece of paper under the door

Reception staff exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Room very clean and tidy. Excellent location for Southampton airport.

No faults with hotel, room or staff.

It was chosen for it's proximity to the cruise terminal and suited our purpose. Dinner and breakfast were excellent as was the room.

Friendly, efficient staff. Nicely cooked food. Rooms large and comfortable. No airport noise.

Clean, friendly and run as efficiently as Premier inns usually are. Enjoyed my overnight stay.

Convenient location. Booked in error for Premier Southampton Eastleigh but convenient local transport was a distinct advantage for us. we travelled to Winchester by train for the day. Staff generally very polite and helpful.

Bath not exactly age friendly. High sided and non-slip surfact hardly bigger than my feet. I requested a non-slip mat on first morning but it did not materialise. However we managed, luckily.

Affordable WiFi. Restaurant.

Poor WiFi connectivity. Guinness was from a CAN! Exterior looks like a barracks. Ugly. No alternative restaurants nearby.

Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable room. Excellent food and service at breakfast.

Window being left open by cleaners. Very cold when we'd been out all day and didn't get back to room until 7.30pm! Soon warmed up though once heating clicked on.

I liked the proximity to the train station and airport. I did not like that the walls are thin and people getting up at 3am to get to the airport woke me up. I did not like that my dinner was cooked wrong, a rare steak cooked well done. It was taken away and another dinner was presented. I was still charged for the inconvenience. At least offer me a desert or glass of wine for the mistake. Nothing

price should be more competitive the front office rep, was not aware that car parking was included in the cost

Breakfast

Paying an extra £3 per day to park the car at the hotel. This essentially makes the room rate £80. I can get better value in Southampton city with direct access to pubs and restaurants.

Hotel was clean with friendly staff and lovely on-site restaurant. Close to Southampton and the attractions we wanted to visit.

Close to the airport.

Mess up with our booking. We were allocated rooms on different floors when I asked if we could be accomodated in adjacent rooms on the same floor i was informed because i had booked with yourselves Premier could not change the room allocation. Perhaps when I initially booked I should have stated that my wife is registered disabled and perhaps this would have avoided any hassle.
