Liked the general friendliness of the staff and also their helpfulness
Staff didn't want us in the restaurant in the evening we arrived wanted us to sit in the bar area instead
Staff all very friendly. Nice evening meal and drinks.
Bathroom fittings needed some adjustment - reported.
Efficient and friendly staff. Substantial breakfast provisions.
Bar area was a little restricted and incorporated into the restaurant area.
The bed was big for the family of 3 with young child..A very good night's sleep guaranteed..very clean and quiet even the hotel was next to the airport, didn't hear a thing..would highly recommend..
On arrival Lisa was most helpful and cheerful with a smile. She also booked our airline E tickets for us - she offered to do it for us when we enquired about the length of the walk to airport terminal (my husband is elderly). She made a huge difference to our stay at Premier Inn. Please pass on our thanks to her.
The room was clean and comfortable
The room was specifically equipped for disabled use which we did not require and it was very expensive.
If flying, it is convenient Good breakfast.
Bed too low. Had to ask for extra towels Sliding door on bathroom heavy to open/close. Wouldn't lock. Too warm with no means of adjusting.
right next to the airport and train station ...
Standard Premier package and none the worse for that, having stayed in the Carnafon hotel the week before. Staff friendly and cool in the face of provocation from an unnecessarily stroppy guest. Rather a high proportion of trainee staff which slowed things down a bit, but we all have to learn.
Room lighting could be better - no light over mirror in main room.
Really helpful staff, to us and to other visitors.
6 of us had a meal in rest and I was really disappointed with my meal, the steak pie i could'nt cut through it was so hard, all the other meals were very good it was only mine.
The hotel is near to train station, near to bus station where you can go to coty center easy using unilink buses, the hotel is very clean and confort is what you feal
the break fast is in Small hall where you shoud be wait to be sited.
The bed was so comfortable, best sleep I've had in ages. The staff generally were good but the bar and restaurant staff were absolutely outstanding, they were friendly, polite and nothing was too much trouble. The food was also excellent, would definitely stay here again.
Drinks were a bit over priced.
The location and room comfort.
The quality and range of food offered is quite indifferent which given the hotels gastronomic isolation, is quite important. Also thought that the continental (far from it) breakfast was poor value.
The room was very good everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. The meal in the restaurant was also very good and was good value and the service was also very good, overall nothing to complain about very good value.
Size of room very good bedding bathroom all excellent
Room very warm and because we were on the side of a very busy road it was very noisy during the night with window open. Also tea and coffee only enough for one cup each.
Our stay was most enjoyable, cannot praise the staff enough! very friendly, warm and inviting.
From the moment we arrived the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were nice, the bed huge and all very comfortable. We were visiting the University, having travelled down from London by train. The hotel was a few minutes walk from the train station and the bus stop to the University was just outside the hotel. We couldn't have asked for me. Thank you!
Have nothing negative to say!
Great crew, good food,
bar shuts too early for the 21st century and there is no way of getting a late beer or wine by vending machibne (or even a water) as far as I could tell.
Excellent staff - could not be more helpful, even printed out my boarding card when I couldn't access it ! Food was A1 and the service as a whole was faultless. Walking distance to the airport
Would have been handy to have a internet access point as I wasn't travelling with laptop although the value for money for using wifi on your phone was great and you get 30mins free!
Short staffed at breakfast
Very quiet in our ground floor room. The air conditioning. The price. The restaurant looked and smelt great although we did not have time to use it. Helpful reception staff. The kids loved it. We were 2 adults and 2 children under 10 years, and we all slept really well and it was just peace and quiet.
Kids mattresses were on the floor.
Location Good stopover location en routh to Bournemouth. Excellent onward public transport 5 minute walk from train station & airport
Had no problems but didnt explore area at all due to late arrival No idea about local facilities, distances etc.
The big bed was really comfy. A nice big family room. Very clean. We had breakfast while we were there and it was fantastic. Would def recommend.
