It's pretty clean, and the staff, even the woman doing the cleaning, were very friendly, a smile and good morning/evening goes a long way.

Location, it's silly you can only reach this when westbound, you really need to have a fly over or so

Clean, spacious room. Basic but good location close to motorway.

When we arrived at 8pm we were told the hotel had overbooked. The receptionist tried looking for alternative but all Hotels in area were overbooked. The was quite distressing as we had our 2 yr old with us. But then the receptionist miraculously found a room!? Slightly stressful 15 minutes but was ok in the end!

Good as usual, very friendly helpful staff and had a room away from motorway as requested, cant fault it.

Hotel is ideal for Isle of Wight ferry. Manager very helpful.

Good size family room. Clean and comfortable. Very nice and warm bathroom with a good shower/bath, this makes a big difference when you have children. Very good price.

Nothing to note as we only stayed overnight.

The location - it was handy for Paulton's park/Peppa pig world. The lady on reception was very helpful.

The post code given made it very difficult to find with a sat nav. The service area next door was unclean and smelly.

The staff were really friendly and helpful and the beds were really comfy

We were in a room situated next to the vent outside so it was very noisy on and off but not a major fault

Unfortunately we had no bath towels, we were told they were waiting for a delivery and gave us some extra hand towels. Luckily we had a could of towels in the car we used. The receptionist was very apologetic

Booked a family room but had to get the sheets and quilts for the children's beds as they were not made up.

Friendly Reception upon arrival, informative and helpful, pleasant. Comfortable bed Convenient location.

Road noise, whilst I appreciate that we were staying in a roadside hotel, road noise was too high.

Our room smelt of stale cigarette smoke, even though the hotel is supposed to be non-smoking. When we complained we were told we could not be moved. In fact we found the staff to be very disinterested/unhelpful. The hotel is advertised as being in a Road Chef Service Station, however there is only a Macdonalds and Costa so had to travel out to find somewhere to eat. Although not the hotel's fault, we were kept awake by very rowdy/noisy guests.
