Very clean and comfortable rooms. Everything looked fresh and well looked after. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Never having stayed in a Premier Inn before we didn't really know what to expect and to say we were pleasantly surprised is an understatement. Hotel was excellent value for money and every one of the staff we encountered were professional/very friendly and helpful. Excellent all round visit.
Everything and everyone was amazing
Excellent reception staff
Paying for wifi
Staff helpful, good location
Fire alarm going off more than once in the morning
Had just been refurbished so it was spotless and the staff were very friendly and informative.
Fire alarm falsely going off at 7.30am and then intermittently every few minures thereafter for about 15mins ! We were told the breakfast may not be the full selection as advertised due to pub closing for refurbishment shortly and they were running down stock, but we weren't offered a reduced price so never took up the breakfast option.
friendly helpful staff, very clean, new renovated rooms lovely
no public toilets in lobby and had to pay for wifi
Staff, comfort, cleanliness, location, quietness (I was in the refurbished section)
Looking at breakfasts offered, I was looking forward to it; paid for it at Reception at 9.15am; walked across to the Pub to be told bluntly "we stop serving at 9am"
Friendly staff, the beds are massive, I had to text the wife to stop snoring!
it's a bit scruffy for a fairly new place, it's quite a walk to the town, breakfast was nice but the carvery was poor.
Bed although very high was so comfortable and the rooms were really good quality.
We liked the very helpful staff and the warm welcome. We also appreciated the large room. It had all the facilities that we needed for a weekend stay and was in an excellent location - on the front but quiet.
We have no complaints. We were warned about the refurbishment and given the choice to move our reservation. We chose to stay and were not disturbed at all. Although we didn't use the restaurant (we were visiting friends) the food looked good!
We had four rooms. Each of them smelt of smoke but one was worse than the others. We did get money back for that room but they were all bad and none of them had air conditioning on a very warm night. Not one of our group of 8 slept well. Very disappointed and will think seriously before using premier inn again
Close to the sea front, staff friendly and helpful
Can't really say that I had any complaints
location - on sea front
breakfast was badly organised and chioces were limited
Good size room
Don't like having to go to the pub next door for good It's quality is not good So the room is pricey without breakfast compared to other local Places. Also had to ask for a different room as the one being offered to lone females is right above the entrance which is very noisy - poor previous experience
Accommation was fine
Breakfast was a none advent restraunt staff were unhelpful when asked were is the breakfast that we had pay for the problem was dew to staff shortage poor management we complained to the manager his reply was I only had two member of staff On I can only do what I can do poor management again.
The breakfast location was a little shabby and the tables and cruet sets sticky.
Friendly staff and clean hotel. Well located far enough away from the main resort, yet close enough to walk to the beach, adventure land and central shopping area.
Breakfast at the adjacent pub only had a two hour timeslot, as not part of the usual set up you'd expect at a premium Inn.
Joanne on the desk was really good and helpful Great with kids who was asking lots of questions
We liked everything
Staff were superb. Breakfast was always great.
Our bed was not very comfy. Must have been an older one, we could feel the bed springs.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is about a 20-25 min walk from the city centre and is nice to walk by the sea, if the weather is good which isn't always the case!
Nothing bad. If only the price of the room was a bit lower!
Need to let the breakfast people know how many people they are catering for. They informed us that the people in the hotel do not let them know. Night staff (Man) on Saturday night should not be so rude. We have kids and kids are noisy. When it is late we do try and get them to keep the noise down.
Parking good and location
The beds and pillows even the soft ones where hard and you have to use the pub for breakfast. Breakfast is bad very greasy no fryed egg which is advertised plus very dirty
The location was perfect. The staff were just really wonderful and made our stay all the more relaxing
Really friendly staff from both receptionist and cleaners. We had plenty of space as we booked family room, 2 adults and 2 kids (12 & 9 years) and we still had a kings size bed. Clean hotel.
Hotel great but food from pub next door was OK for a large carvery pub chain. However pub service was slow and pub restaurant a little untidy.
