Clean fresh bedding .. Fresh smell in corridors ( until some other guests arrived who were clearly smoking in their room, it stank! ) Breakfast was good, plenty of choice.

As stated above, smokers ,although not hotels fault The bed was really quite hard and not very comfortable ( or maybe it's just my taste)

This hotel is fairly central for Southport, right down on the front next to the beach, about a 10 minute walk from the main shopping areas (with small child). It was clean (eventually) and warm.

The female receptionist on checking in appeared disinterested and fed up. We had two rooms booked in different names and she was obviously put out by the extra work this created. We were also told we had only booked a double room when i knew we had booked a family room, the receptionist was quite rude about this. We were asked if we wanted breakfast but nothing was explained to us properly. However the gentleman on reception in teh evening and the following morning was fabulous. He was friendly and approachable and really helpful. The room we were originally allocated stank of cigarette smoke and had empty alcohol bottles lying around, it clearly had not been cleaned. On annoying the female receptionist by showing our faces and complaining, we were allocated a clean room and the cleaning manager alerted, however there was little apology other than a curt 'sorry'.

Everything I needed for my trip was within walking distance.

Not enough electrical sockets in the room.

From arrival thro' to departure the Hotel,facilities & staff exceeded our expectations...well done!!

Comfortable, quiet room with all required facilities. Excellent service from pleasent staff. Great breakfast.

Unfortunately our stay was marred by receiving a parking penalty of £30.00 only 2 hours after we checked out. It would be helpful to be informed where hotel guests are able to park free of charge and for how long after checkout.

We loved the premier, it was modern, clean, warm, comfortable, excellent food, (especially breakfast) !! :) buffet nights are a must !! pleasant staff, will defo go there again, loved it thanks.

Only whinge we had was that booking.com told the hotel we wanted a room with extra beds for children ?? that was soon sorted though !

It was quite expensive for this type of hotel. I.E. basic.

The breakfast was great, the room was clean and comfortable. Only stayed 2 nights but would stay again.
