Very comfortable beds, clean, great staff in both hotel and restaurant.

Food in the Ocean Plaza Restaurant was disappointing - breakfast was fine but dinner was not great - my burger was dried out, my friend's macaroni cheese was tasteless. Would recommend you go across the road to the restaurants there for dinner.

Location was fantastic, only a couple of minutes walk from the main attractions for kiddies.

The room was very warm so we didn't get a great sleep. fan was provided but didn't help that much.

The location is excellent for both adults and children.Near to shops and restaurants.Nice area for walking and relaxing.Play areas for children nearby.Hotel as you would expect of a Premier Inn, nice breakfast and Brewers Fare next door for convenience.Breakfast good choice and lovely staff.

Can't think of anything at all that we didn't like.

Stayed before on several occasions. Rooms always clean and available on time. Staff are friendly and helpful. Don't really use breakfast facilities as find it nicer to walk into town and eat in a local café so cant really comment on that. Although it looks up to the usual Premier Inn standards. Great location for all of Southport's main attractions, many within walking distance and good car parking!

Nothing really bad to say, enjoyed my stay and would come back again!

Reception staff were very helpful, advising us on where to take the children. They gave us vouchers for Bowling which we used and we had lots of family fun! We had a minor complaint in the restaurant (Brewers Fare). This was put right immediately, the staff really do put customers first.

    Nothing.

Nice clean comfy room with nice bathroom. Hotel was ideal for a 1 night stay and in a great location. Took a lovely stroll along sea front before breakfast as needed some fresh air due to room being too hot.

Due to the good weather the room was far too hot and the only relief was an oscillating fan. The room temperature got to 30 degrees so trying to get ready for the wedding we travelled down for was a bit of a nightmare. The room was still too hot in the evening and we had to sleep with the fan on all night.

OK for location, where we wanted to be. Clean and well looked after.

Bed too hard! Breakfast average, not served hot. Scrambled egg was appalling. Location in the plaza not ideal, too many past midnight hoorays shouting outside.
