Clean, comfortable, quiet - despite being by the m25. Easy to get to. The premier Inn website. The website said there were no rooms available on the dates I wanted. Booking.com said there were. So I booked via them. When I arrived, the Premier staff also said there was plenty of room.

Location was excellent - right by the M25 but by an old water mill and very scenic. Rooms were a very good size and the beds were as good as home. Also liked little details like the shower curtain on a curve to make it seem more spacious. This was our first premier inn break and we would definitely use them again. There was nothing we didn't like.

Good location for us. Pretty outside with the water mill and duck pond. Nice looking buildings. Beds nice. Room had a bit of a smell, although everything was clean. Rooms looking a bit bare, was functional. Person upstairs stomping about all hours very noisy and disturbed my husbands sleep many times. Meal in beefeater next door very mediocre.

Great location- beautiful restaurant site The food at the Beefeater- absolutely dreadful- took me back to 1970s- wake up and move with the times- does it all have to be frozen food and deep fried- how about local and fresh?

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The location was ideal - we were going to Harry Potter. The resort was better than the description, we had a lovely meal and evening in the Mill Beefeater. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The beds and room were comfortable and the kettle/drinks facilities were welcomed. The extra beds for the kids were above average as normally they have to sleep in an uncomfortable sofa bed with lumpy pillows - so thank you! The plumbing in the room was not working properly. Whilst we were sleeping the pipes gurgled - we had to shut the bathroom door to stop the kids from waking up. In the morning the toilet got blocked up and the water rose up to the rim! When we flushed the toilet the bath filled with water - it wasn't pleasant and the children were afriad to use the toilet! We reported this to the staff, but as we only stayed 1 night, there was no way that they could improve our stay - also there were other customers at the reception and we did not want to put them off as we had enjoyed everything else.

Close to my office location. Beautiful river/pondside location with wildfowl. Premier Inns tend to be a little overpriced. wi-fi (£3) and Breakfast (£8) on top of the bill is not ideal.

We all thought the hotel was in a lovely location with the Watermill next door and although right next to the motorway this could not be heard in our room. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean with all the facilities required for a pleasant stay.

Reay comfortable and quiet SatNav took us to the wrong spot on road in which hotel was situated, it was about half a mile further on on the left side, not the right side. That was not the Hotels fault.

The staff were extremely helpful and polite and made us feel very welcome. The Satnav took us down a difficult route. The pub closed too early. We attended a Christmas party at Willow Farm and left early to come back to the hotel to have a few drinks. The pub was a bit chilly.

The cost of bed and breakfast was reasonable. No information in the room, ie internal phone list .Facilities etc. No milk in the room. Breakfast service not as good as other Inns. Coffee not very hot, offered soup spoon for cereal as other spoons in dishwasher, asked for half tomato was served 3 tinned tomatoes " we dont do fresh tomatoes " not told when ordering.overall not a great experience, not up to expectations.
