Being able to check in early as we had a funeral to go to. Staff very helpful.
Building work starting up early in morning and no breakfast available.
Friendly and polite staff, clean and tidy room.
No easy access to proper food (restaurant being renovated); having to pay for wifi in this day and age (Hotels - stop this now!). I stayed in three different hotels this weekend, based on where I needed to be. This one was the most basic in terms of comforts and little extras, but the most expensive.
Location for what we needed good Restaurant near by as yours was closed complementary breakfast was surprise. Excellent staff
Alarm went off 3 times Noises from upstairs most of the night should put insulation between floor and ceiling
Staff were brilliant and good location
Nowhere to have breakfast close by, but Toby Carvery due to open on site on 9/12/14
Staff were very friendly, but we seldom saw the same person at reception.
Parking lot was often full with vehicles of contractors staying there.
Location was beautiful on the edge of a picturesque lake, in peaceful edge of town location easy access from motorways. Comfortable rooms and staff were extremely helpful.
Couldn't turn heating down so had to leave window open all night.
It was close to Knowsley safari park which we visited with our family .( location)
the bed looked amazing but this lead us in to false sense of security it was so uncomfortable . Out of control to you as a company but we had alot of noise from other people staying late in the night which disturbed our young children .
staff very good and polite room better then what we thought.
breakfast to good could be better.
Courtesy of staff, cleanliness of the room, excellent evening meal in the Carvery and location overlooking Carmill Dam.
Booked a twin room but was allocated a double room (luckily it was my son who was accompanying me) so there was no real problem sharing a bed. Also the old style mattress left a lot to be desired the sooner the Inn is updated the better.
We had a lovely 3 day break. There was always a member of staff close by and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Very big and comfortable bed.
Would have been ideal if all rooms came with a small fridge.
Level of darkness in room was superb and led to a fantastic lie in.
Notice posted under the door on our return suggesting that someone had been smoking in the room however we didnt return to the room until 1.30am after leaving for a dsy out at 1o clock.
staff helpful pleasent how clean room was and comfortable
pub next door needs a makemover staff were good but pub needs a clean
The staff on reception was exemptional Very helpful polite & do an outstanding job. Best one we been too yet. Thank you
Quick and easy booking and payment. Friendly & helpful staff. Central location for access to the local towns.
The room was a little too warm, & I was unable to control the temp settings manually in the room.
Only 2 sockets in whole room. One for tv which left only one spare to charge phones etc up. Not good when everyone needs to recharge mobiles.
Clean room, comfy bed, lovely bathroom
lack of electrical sockets - when on business I need to recharge 2 phones and a laptop - having been before, I now take an extension lead! I choose this location because it is near where I want to go the following morning but the dining choices are limited to the attached pub if you don't want to drive.
Liked the quiet location of this premier inn, the friendly reception staff and the roomy, spotlessly clean rooms with a bed to die for and big, fluffy white towels.
Wasn't keen on the breakfast as compared to other premier inn breakfasts I've had. Very hit and miss, standing around waiting for fresh eggs and cups etc.
The hotel itself was very clean and the bed was very comfortable
The pub next door where we went for breakfast was filthy, there was an are where they obviously have a carvery and one of the areas was dirty from the night before. The carpet as you walked in from the hotel was dirty and your arms stuck to the table as you ate because it wasn't cleaned properly. The breakfast itself was nice but the uncleanliness put us off.
Generally speaking it was a very pleasant 2 days, location was good
The charge for WiFi it should be free.
The room was quiet and spotless. The breakfast was very nice.
The rooms where very warm, could have done with air conditioning.
The friendliness of the staff, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Overall a very pleasing stay.
Location, refund given for noise from bedroom above

Loved the design and cleanliness of the room. Felt welcomed and good location
I barely slept because the room was way too hot. Had the fan on and tried to turn the heating down but nothing worked
