Score from 71 reviews Very good
Helpful staff. Clean and quiet. OK for a business stop-over.
The hotel is located on a trading estate which is hard to find at night, and there is nothing much to do, other than the restaurant next door.
We stayed for several nights, visiting family in the area. Convenient for motorways and railway stations. Easy to get to downtown. Staff always had maps ready when they heard where we were going. Phil, Karen, Tony, and Paul where very helpful. Breakfasts were great. Beds comfortable. Good place to stay.
Needs a better sign by the turn after the roundabout.
It proximity to the M62 connecting the M6 with Liverpool and the ease with which we were able to travel found the area. We both had good breakfast.
Lack of clarity about the location of the 2 Premier Inn's in the area on the website. Lack of towel rail near the wash-hand-basin
Hotel was clean and modern but the staff were what made it great.
We liked the spacious room, with very comfortable beds. Extra pillows were provided and a hospitality tray. Very clean bathroom with large fluffy towels. Good breakfast choices available.
No de-caf coffee.
Good locationto get into Liverpool
Breakfast I had was awful. Did not have time to complain but they need to get a new breakfast chef!
Everything was very good
The bed in the disabled room is narrower than in the standard room so is a little bit of a squeeze for two people. But everything lease was good, and very quiet.
Room very comfy
Female staff on arrival she complained. That the children. Made a noise. Going from. Room to room. It was only 18.15 not 22.00 hour I would have understood that .all together we had booked. 10 rooms on 3 booking she was not good at all in the morning the male staff was great he needs to give her some tips in customer service
The room was spacious. The hotel was convenient for St. Helens town centre and the M62. The breakfast in Beefeater was very good.
There was no shaver socket in the bathroom.
Friendly staff and spotlessly clean
No air conditioning. Only small electric fans.
Helpful staff. lovely room.
Lovely clean room and hotel Friendly and very helpful staff Breakfast tasty and great choice
Every thing was spot on
Water pressure in could be better
Comfortable bed as usual...
No lift to first floor....not good when you have a heavy bag
Good location, standard of accommodation and friendly staff.
bed was comfy, room clean , staff very friendly and helpful, Breakfast was great and the fact you had second hand books for sale in reception was a good idea. I had left behind a small tin of tea in the room ( the tin had sentimental value to me) and it was kindly sent to me . Thank you
Fantastic room, quiet, food amazing friendly staff
Staff excellent, particularly the receptionist. Breakfast cooked to order.
Breakfast was excellent
Booking .com did not have full postal address including postcode in booking details. Helpful info to put in SatNav to find hotel more easily.
I have stayed here a couple of times now and the staff are always very polite and helpful. Breakfast is cooked to order and is very good.
All the staff we encountered were friendly and very helpful. Beds were extremely comfortable and nice big room for our party of 4.
Décor was a little bit in need of an update. Not the hotels/staffs fault, but corridor smelled as though someone had been smoking in one of the rooms.
All Premier Inns are the same to me, you can guarantee very similar standards in almost everything. Of the low-cost hotels, they are certainly my favourite, and have the best locations.
Couldn't get lunch in the Beefeater next door.
lady receptionist very helpful and cheerful
no shops nearby for a paper etc
