Typical of the standard and level of service we have grown to expect from Premier Inns. Nothing of importance, the location may not be the most picturesque, however, than was not why we stay at this particular location.

The shining light was Bronwyn on reception. She called me prior to our stay to check they'd got the correct type of room from the booking. She was lovely when we arrived and chatted about our trip (we were competing at a horse event) as well as asking how we had got on when we returned each day. Also we'd been a bit cold the first night and without us mentioning it they'd put an electric heater in the room for the second night. Bronwyn is a credit to the company. Two premier inn's in about a 2 mile radius meant at 10pm we weren't too impressed at having to find a second premier inn as we were at the wrong one. Perhaps worth mentioning that when people book? Otherwise all was great.

The beds in the family rooms are devices of torture. You can feel the springs and they twang when moving about.

We had travelled through dreadful weather conditions from Yorkshire to attend a funeral in Kimbolton. Our stay at the Premier Inn helped to make the experience much less difficult. The staff were superb, the room spotless and very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent. We had a meal in the restaurant on the evening we arrived and that too was very good. Many thanks to all concerned.

Wonderful, friendly, helpful and kind staff. They are a great bunch of people who are great with what they do and a fine advertisment to your hotel group. Probably the best hotel staff I have ever experienced in all my years of travel. The location of the hotel, basically in the middle of a roundabout was not explained in your location guide. My sister and I suffer severe visual problems and since we cannot drive were forced to cross a very busy highway. Going out was quite a risk since there was no footpaths and crossing several lines of highway traffic was extremly dangerous. Perhaps you should be aware that not everyone has a car and therefore something urgently needs to be corrected when trying to walk into Eaton Socon. Its a question of time before someone is seriously hurt or killed as it stands now.

The Premier In system to check-in is still very slow and difficult for the receptionist to operate. It does not cope with a single payment for 2 rooms and cannot promptly issue a business receipt. A trainee did her best (no problems with her) in dealing with visitors from Germany but for them after a long journey it was a drawn out toothpulling ordeal.even though I assisted. The restaurant was very badly managed and Very slow. Bookings for a table were not recorded, and so when we weent to eat we were told no tables were available, (It was not only ours) Although we did get a table in the pub area the food was very slow to arrive and was barely warm. The Restaurant staff did not seem interested at any stage and avoided any eye contact. German Credit cards did not work.

It's a Premier Inn - you know what you're getting and you know the standard. That's why I use them - I don't like unpleasant online booking surprises and you can rely on Premier Inn to give you both. First class as usual. In this instance I would just like to say that the staff in the adjoining restaurant were exemplary - with one in particular, I won't name, who really should be on stage. The breakfast staff coped well with a mass influx of residents upon first opening - serving quickly and courteously. Excellent!

I asked for a disabled bedroom and the facilities were excellent for mum. The restaurant and reception staff are particularly friendly yet professional. I've stayed here before with my husband and look forward to the next visit.

Large room with king sized bed. Location excellent for needs, easy to get to off A1. Good food in pub adjacent. No air con but fan supplied. It was quite warm when we travelled and window couldn't be left open for traffic noise from A1. Noise from road kept me awake for first night but second night was fine. The PI is next to a pub which was extremely busy on the first night. So busy, that getting a drink/table/food was almost impossible and there were long wait times. One guy waited 30 mins at bar to pay! Staff running around like headless chickens and seemed very confused. Some orders failed to turn up even after several prompts. Second night booked a table early and got into the restaurant area. Service much better this night.

Our first stay at a premier inn! The staff were so helpful and genuinely nice to us at all times. We stayed two nights and they were brilliant. The food in the little old pub next door was absolutely gorgeous and the all you can eat breakfast was fantastic and a surprise to us! Would not change a thig and would definitely stay in a premier inn again!

The friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. The lovely relaxing meal in the pub next door a short stroll across carpark. The room was very warm but not unbearable enough to ask for any help in cooling it down as a fan was provided and you can't ask for more than that. A lovely stay!
