Score from 12 reviews Exceptional
Excellent location near the station and city centre but on the banks of the river Forth. Fairly new build, very clean and comfortable. Selection of restaurants nearby.
Nothing to dislike.
Very modern, very comfortable Situated opposite cinema complex
The receptionist was not able to inform about walking routes in the surrounding area
Comfortable, and very clean, staff very friendly excellent well done. will stay again, could be a little cheaper and maybe offer vouchers ect for longer stays
unable to find any real faults, you would have to be really picky to mention any.
Location to city centre. Five to ten minute walk to shopping , restaurants & pubs. Great views over towards the Wallace Monument & the Ochil Hills. Despite being so close to all amenities the hotel is situated in a quiet location.
The central location and easy access to the station and footbridge to the town centre. Lovely atmosphere in the hotel and very welcoming and pleasant staff makes this an ideal hotel to stay in.Excellent breakfast !!! A very enjoyable stay and plan to return for a weekend break
Nothing negative at all.
I had been here before and the rooms are very comfortable and clean, the hotel is well located and the staff is very friendly.
Paid wi-fi is the only negative thing
Location, Staff friendliness, clean and new
Not much better than a Travelodge but more pricy. Comfortable room but bare basic toiletries - no tissues, only all-purpose washing gel, had to ask for hair-dryer. Space for hanging/packing away clothing minimal.
Staff very very helpful
Put in a disabled room and no bath
A very warm welcome. Comfortable room. Convenient for town centre. Enjoyable dinner. Excellent value all round.
The location Service People are so friendly
Location, friendly helpful staff, cleanliness, Beefeater Grill Restaurant next door did fantastic breakfast
This was a great premier inn ideally situated for Stirling centre, right by the river forth. Accomodation was excellent slept like a log will definitely be back
Breakfast why don't they have Lorne sausage(square sausage) instead of those horrible links. They were disgusting!!!! That was the only complaint so well done Stirling premier inn
Very clean and a straight forward place to stay.
The bed was a little lumpy
The bed was 2 single beds pushed together
Everything - cleanliness, quality of television and very handy for Stirling itself.
No complaints at all.
Friendly staff on arrivsl
Very uncomfortable bed, only 1 small towel, no staff on departure to complain to
Excellent access for visiting the center of Stirling. Good parking
Rude staff and very expensive for the quality we received on our stay. It was our engagement weekend and we were very disappointed with how the staff treated us. We also asked how much it would be for an extra night and for a Monday night we were going to be charged the same we paid for the previous TWO nights combined. Disappointed
Excellent night's sleep in modern room with thick walls, safe free parking. Easy walking access to Stirling Old Town on nearby pedestrian bridge over railroad tracks and north-south highway through town. Full breakfast included.
Only negative: not easy to locate by car, given its location on "other side of railroad tracks". Friendly directions invariably involved confusing "roundabouts" for newly-landed Americans to negotiate. Recommend getting directions well in advance of driving toward Stirling as it is not intuitive.
2 single mattresses pushed together in a king size bed
Pleasant situation and friendly staff.
Associated eating place next door had no facilities for payments other than card reader or cash. Unfortunately the systems were down when we were there and so we had to find somewhere else to eat as we did not have enough cash to pay for the meal. (The hotel had the old paper systems for a breakdown.)
Location. Friendly and efficient breakfast staff; cooked breakfasts freshly prepared rather than lumped in a help-yourself servery
No facilities for drying golfing / walking wet clothing.(realise this would not impact on 'normal' travellers!)
Excellent Service. Very clean and comfortable. Great location - walking trail to town near by. Great restaurant beside with friendly staff and excellent service.
