Being under 5 foot I found they bed a little to high to get into nearly needed a step otherwise it was lovely and comfortable
Clean room and good bed.
Near road and noisy.
Location Friendly staff Comfortable and clean room The brewers fayre next door was also excellent
They should have rooms available with walk in shower rather than in bath.
Location friendly service
Nothing everything good
Helpful reception staff - Excellent room facilities and fittings - Comfortable bed - great breakfast (unlimited for those with bigger appetites)
View from window was a bit of a building site (unavoidable I guess and on a positive note a sign of further improvements) - Initially there was a problem with a room for my two daughters (not twin) - however staff remedied this immediately by reallocating another room.
always guarantee rooms are a good standard Food close at hand and excellent Late check out is good Easy to find Rooms quiet Dispensed shampoo and soap
Very clean and comfortable
Im only nit picking but you could hear other guests too easily
Great Location . Clean room . Good Breakfast if you want it . Helpful Staff when I had a minor Wifi problem .
Road outside very busy , but double glazing sorted that out
Very friendly and helpful staff. Room clean with large tv. central location with free parking.
No table or stand was available in the room to put luggage so was rather awkward and tiring to keep luggages open on the floor.
The beds, very comfy.
absolutely nothing to dislike.
Staff were very helpful and friendly
The Brewers Fayre next door was disappointing in terms of quality of food and atmosphere
Great restaurant next door
No bar fridge. Limitation on Internet.
The bed was comfortable Just as good as a 4 star hotel, cosy rooms, friendly helpful staff.
Lovely receptionist so helpful. Let me use the phone as my dad had tried to contact me via email and I could not reply due to technical difficulties my end and I had no phone.. Lovely comfy rooms great nights sleep and lovely basic meal at Toby Inn next door.
We arrived 3 hours early and wanted to get straight out to sight see. They offered to hold our bags and place in our room when available. We returned 8 hours later and the bags were in the room waiting for us
Good location, not to far from the city center and close to highway
Staff always friendly
The room was clean and very well made up, great TV. Hotel reception staff were very welcoming but the breakfast staff were particularly pleasant and happy to advise and help. Breakfast (full) was great value and fresh.
Evening before, ordered 2x pate and toast in bar and got pate and pre-buttered bread so had to send back. The ground floor room (No.1) was noisy from outside car park in morning when window open and too warm when closed. Also, quite noisy from room above, seemed too little floor insulation. Coffee (other than espresso choice) wasn't great.
There is no air conditioning, so one must open the window - which, due to safety reasons, opens only a little way. Because the hotel is located between two busy roads, the noise level is constantly high when the window is open. In the attached restaurant the quality of the food was poor, as was the general cleanliness.
Location allowed easy access to the motorway and avoided the hordes in Stirling. Hotel was clean and we'll maintained.
Lights and power in room only when occupied, so no charging of devices while out of the room.
Good disabled access Good food close by
The rooms are well furnished and the disability provision in the bathroom. It was well set out all though a level access shower would be useful. The bath was low level, so access was reasonable. We had a great experience thank you Premier Inn.
Excellent value for the money. Staff friendly and helpful with directions.
On the edge of the city which is a bit of a walk to town centre or the castle.
Cleaness, order, newness. No frills but perectly fitting my needs
