Usual Premier Inn facilities - good bed, pleasant room, decent bathroom.
Remote location, shower a bit dribbly and the adjoining Brewer's Fayre one of the worst of its type for both food and service.
Staff were helpful and great- and friendly -the room was clean but temp dropped automatically - good location easy to find
- the room was clean but temp dropped automatically at night woke up freezing cold- the food across at the Inn-dinner was good but felt awkward when free coffee refills but not free to take to my room(they have take away option)- staff made a big deal about it not being free if take coffe away in takeaway cup-staff not great with friendliness accomodating there- breakfast didn't taste great kept to boiled egg on toast as everything else was poor
Staf were helpful and tried hard to make the visit good . They very friendly and good to talk with while remaining professional
The building site around the hotel and the number of lories on the site. Also the Hotels post code took me to the wrong side of the road and the map with booking wasn't good. It wasn't the easiest to find
Comfortable beds Clean room. Friendly and helpful staff Nice restaurant next door, nice breakfast choice
The bed was even more comfortable than my own!!!
the staff made us so welcome when we checked in also good food at the restaurant although the drinks were so expensive
we were allocated a disabled room but after we looked check it out it was alright
Friendly staff couldn't do enough for you, atmosphere good definitely stay there again
Receptionist were extremely helpful. Extra milk/tea, local places to see. Easy online booking. Easy to find from motorway. Good evening meal/breakfadt deal.
Room was cold, cold, cold!! Sad old heater couldnt heat properly. Building work going on next to hotel. So maybe a refurb is imminent, hopefully.
Staff were great and room was fine
Meal in restuarant was average WiFi only free for 30 min
The friendly staff & comfort of the room & beds.
The bed was great Had a great night sleep
Closeness to motorway Comfortable bed Quiet room
Missing hair dryer
Being under 5 foot I found they bed a little to high to get into nearly needed a step otherwise it was lovely and comfortable
Clean room and good bed.
Near road and noisy.
Location Friendly staff Comfortable and clean room The brewers fayre next door was also excellent
They should have rooms available with walk in shower rather than in bath.
Location friendly service
Nothing everything good
Helpful reception staff - Excellent room facilities and fittings - Comfortable bed - great breakfast (unlimited for those with bigger appetites)
View from window was a bit of a building site (unavoidable I guess and on a positive note a sign of further improvements) - Initially there was a problem with a room for my two daughters (not twin) - however staff remedied this immediately by reallocating another room.
always guarantee rooms are a good standard Food close at hand and excellent Late check out is good Easy to find Rooms quiet Dispensed shampoo and soap
Very clean and comfortable
Im only nit picking but you could hear other guests too easily
Great Location . Clean room . Good Breakfast if you want it . Helpful Staff when I had a minor Wifi problem .
Road outside very busy , but double glazing sorted that out
Very friendly and helpful staff. Room clean with large tv. central location with free parking.
No table or stand was available in the room to put luggage so was rather awkward and tiring to keep luggages open on the floor.
The beds, very comfy.
