The receptionist Ruth on our first night was very helpful & friendly.

Beds weren't made up for our 2 young children. Room was far too small for a family of 5. Receptionist on our 2nd day was unprofessional, rude and advised me that Premier Inn was maybe not for me when I complained about the size of our room. I do not think this is very good customer service. Breakfast was very poor on the 2nd day of our stay - not worth £8.25 per person.

Staff really friendly and helpful. Rooms and facilities great.

Could have done with more than one sachet if coffee in the room. I was given more when I asked though.

V clean. Good bed comfort. On 2 v cold nights room thermostat was a godsend .also in same building pub/restaurant surprised me with excellent evening meal .

V.Narrow corridors /doorways.no luggage rack in b'room for suitcases.not easy for some with dodgy backs. Wall safety rail is needed to step in/out of bath/shower safely ! It would bemore hospitable to be handed a saucer with a mug for b'fast !

Woken up 3 in the morning by drunk idiots upstairs it,s hard to blame the hotel for this but more soundproofing would be a good idea the hotel did give us a full refund !!!

Premier Inn Stockport South have the most friendly and helpful receptionist ready to greet you. Just what I needed after a long and tiring journey. The room was very comfortable and clean. Everyone was polite and helpful both at the Premier Inn and the adjoining Beefeater

The hotel & room (accessible) were great, but even better were the reception staff, who were absolutely brilliant. From the minute we arrived, nothing at all was too much trouble for them & they helped me out no end. My husband has MS & recently had a stroke, so their attitude was a big help. It made our stay ( over Christmas) so much better than we had even thought it could be & I thank them so much.

The breakfast provision was good, however, on a couple of occasions there were a few delays in service, & on the last day I did not receive my cooked order.

The fire alarm went off about 2 in the morning. It was VERY LOUD. It lasted about a minute but ruined my whole nights sleep.
